Owner needs to add another body.
Girl workings there was so slow, as she doesn’t care about the line up.
Wait time is insane.
Online order takes an hour.
Every time I come here, only one person is working, and there's a line up, 5 people left because of the wait time, owner seems dont care
I wish i could give it a zero review. I dont know who owns this place, its is so miss managed, people are waiting here in line for almost an hour for the order and still one one girl working. Poor girl she is trying to handle all customers. Owners is pathetic.
This Subway location is convenient. The food is what you’d expect from Subway, customizable and relatively fresh.
One of the main issues is that they clearly need more staff. During busy times, there’s usually only one person working, trying to take orders, prepare sandwiches, handle payments, and manage online orders all at once. This results in long wait times and stressed out service, which isn’t fair to the staff or the customers.
Sometimes the sandwiches are well made; other times they feel rushed and sloppily put together. A little more attention to freshness and presentation would go a long way.
If they had more employees on shift, especially during peak hours, the experience could be much better. For now, it’s a convenient option if you’re nearby, but expect delays and limited attention during busy times.
We ordered from this location subway online twice, hoping for a reliable and tasty meal, but both times were disappointing.
The sub bread didn’t taste fresh—it was dry and lacked the soft texture Subway is usually known for. On top of that, the sauces were either not added properly or missing altogether, which made the sub bland and lacking flavor.
Subway is known for customization and flavor, but unfortunately, the quality and attention to detail just weren’t there in our online orders. Definitely expected better.
there’s a girl that works here that is the single most competent subway employee i have ever met in my life. she’s amazing. i never get her name but she makes the BEST subs. idk what she does but if i see her behind the counter i know its gonna be a top tier sandwich. she’s quick, personable, funny, kind, and you can tell she knows what’s going on. never rude if the line is long and she’s alone, always smiling and friendly. i have a friend who also works and subway and i wish they both worked together because it would be the best subway on earth.

Absolutely awful, ordered delivery and they insist on toasting after specifically requesting it not be MULTIPLE times, to the point where is hard, crusty, and burnt (again was NOT to be toasted) they cooked EVERYTHING on a cold turkey sub making it disgusting burnt on the outside hot mush on the inside
Terrible, disastrous and alarming customer service. I wanted to buy a half sandwich and the waiter didn't ask me if I wanted to purchase the foot long or half. And so, I had to buy the foot long sandwich, which I didn't plan to.

Horrible customer service. Don’t get serve by Gada this what she claims to be her name. She is rude disrespectful and not professional at all. The manager should hire people who actually care about serving their customers and know how to talk to people. But obviously she doesn’t care to get fired. I wish if there was zero star
I come here frequently for lunch. Always great. Asha is so nice and recommended me a great sandwich based on my tastes preferences she has observed!
