The new staff lacks the basic etiquettes of customer service. I entered and was asked ‘Yes?’. No greeting nothing, my 2 FLs were handed to me without a bag and napkin stating there’s extra fee - this part is not on the staff as subway should add 25 cents to the online/app orders. Then, the sandwiches were not labelled, I had to ask the guy again and then he put an extra sticker as a symbol. Minimum wage does not mean zero effort, if you’re unhappy with your job/pay, maybe have a conversation with your boss. Don’t be rude with your customers or find another job where you don’t have to interact with people.

Horrible service, attendee at the counter at 4:45pm on 1st November 2025 misbehaved like there was no end. She told me to never come again to the location, she threw my sandwich, refused to tell me her name, refused to let me apply deals to my order. Never had such a bad experience before.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The lady who served us was rude and dismissive, which made us feel uncomfortable. I expected better customer service and hope this can be improved.

I come here often with my two school age children. The staff (ladies) are always warm, and welcoming engaging with my kids as they prepare our food. I have never had a negative experience here in the years I’ve been coming to this location.
I just witnessed a very uncomfortable situation where the young staff member handled an extremely rude customer with kindness, patience and grace. He was disrespectful to her and argumentative when the situation didn’t warrant it. He was plain rude.
The staff member remained calm, professional and polite and I commended her on this as she shouldn’t have to deal with rude people having a bad day.
I will continue to support this location and their staff with my business because they are more than deserving.

I’ve been going to this location for the last 6 years. Amazing staff and service. Once I even able to have a conversation with the owner of this location. But last night I had terrible experience, am in this location 3 times a week for the last 6 years. Last night there was a note in vegetable area of the counter (the vegetable is not fresh), I asked the associate how old the vegetables they are serving, and when I looked at the vegetables I was disgusted because it’s all in bad condition (saggy and gross), the spinach looks moldy. In a nice manner I asked the associate why are you still serving the vegetables? The response I got from the associate was (my manager told us we can still serve it). I responded in a respectful manner, it’s against your company policy and city food safe guidelines and policies. Then the associate responded in an aggressive manner to me, (you’re rude and you should get out of my restaurant). This happened infront of all the other customers inside the subway restaurant. Am shocked by the way the associate handled the situation. I think the owners have no idea that this was happening to their subway location. Am disappointed that i will never go to this location again because of this issue. But it’s one of the small businesses I supported for the last 6 years in my community.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Subway thanks to Asha. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, taking the time to listen carefully and suggesting great options. Their friendliness and positive attitude made my visit so much more enjoyable.

I ordered 3 subs through the app and picked them up at the James mowatt location. Upon pick up I realized they made all the subs the exact same which was not what I ordered. So I loaded the subs up and drove back. Patel was the worker working and was quite ignorant. Her and the other woman touched all subs with their bare hands. I then asked that they remake all the subs properly as they just had their dirty hands on my food. She stated she would remake the sub that they messed up but not the other two and snobbishly rewrapped the subs she touched with no gloves. I then asked again she remakes my subs as I have my family now home waiting for 40mins and now had some ladies fingers all over my food. She ignorantly stated that’s not my problem and I stated well it is because if you would have just made the sub properly the first time my family wouldn’t be home waiting and me wasting gas to drive back. I asked for her managers name or a business card she wouldn’t give me that. She did give me her name, Patel. I will be contacting subway until I speak to the manager. Patel needs to learn some common courtesy and take a course in customer service. Her ignorance wasn’t appreciated and the subs were not eaten as they mauled them. Disgusted and never going back to this location!

Every time I come here, only one person is working, and there's a line up, 5 people left because of the wait time, owner seems dont care
I wish i could give it a zero review. I dont know who owns this place, its is so miss managed, people are waiting here in line for almost an hour for the order and still one one girl working. Poor girl she is trying to handle all customers. Owners is pathetic.
