Terrible, disastrous and alarming customer service. I wanted to buy a half sandwich and the waiter didn't ask me if I wanted to purchase the foot long or half. And so, I had to buy the foot long sandwich, which I didn't plan to.

Horrible customer service. Don’t get serve by Gada this what she claims to be her name. She is rude disrespectful and not professional at all. The manager should hire people who actually care about serving their customers and know how to talk to people. But obviously she doesn’t care to get fired. I wish if there was zero star
I come here frequently for lunch. Always great. Asha is so nice and recommended me a great sandwich based on my tastes preferences she has observed!

Disaster!!!
First, the female workers who worked there were terribly rude and talked to each other in their own language the whole time... after that, our son got the wrong order because they changed his sandwich with some other customer sandwich! They didn't even apologize, they just furiously threw everything into the other sandwich as if it was our fault!
After that, while we were sitting and eating, one of them took a dry broom and started cleaning the floor so that all the dust flew towards us...
And after that she went out with the broom to our table 3 times to see if we had finally left the table to clean up end! we have never experienced anything like that in our life!
Shame!!!

Placed a mobile order that was ready for 10 minutes but the 2 girls didn't have the courtesy to ask someone what they were waiting for. When asked she said you can see the board hanging up that you should have pointed to. So rude.

Never get served by girl name RIYA, she is the worst and rude person you can ever met in fast food restaurant, she shouldn't even work there. I ordered 2 footlonh for pickup through app she didn't even offered me a bag, worst thing was in front of me she was offering a bag who ordered online for pick up. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I had a very horrible experience. Very poor service and Riya (worker) very very rude. Didn't ever had this bad experience as a customer. She was rude. I hope the owner will do something about it.

Worst customer service . Ordered 2 chicken salad. Asked for no banana peppers and still girl added banana peppers. Unprofessional behaviour. She didn’t even asked me which sauces I wanted.She herself added sweet teriyaki sauce. Really disappointed.

Worst experience as a delivery deliver at this subway. Sale person name Riya was ordering me to pick chips to add to customer order. Its her responsibility to add everything order by customer in the bag not the delivery driver. She was being rude to me because of this. I have never seen any subway doing this. Other subways always pack everything in the bad and sealed it. Riya didn’t even seal the bag. Bad experience
