I wish i could give them zero star,We were standing there for about 10 mins and the girl was at front counter(i guess her name is manpreet) was doing her own things, just putting cheese on subs, we were totally ignored, she didn’t care thats we were standing there and looking at her,And when she took our order, she was in her own attitude.Overall bad experience

Don’t bother coming here during peek times like lunch time or after 5. They are always understaffed and a sandwich that is supposed to take a fast food chain 5-10 minutes to make might actually be 20-45 min. And everytime I come during peek time, EVEN when I order through the app, they still take FOREVER!However, shoutout to the staff for running all over the place when they have a dozen orders coming at once! They are always so nice to me when I come in but I really think they need more than one person working rush hour times

Worst sub I ever had in my life..didn't add salt and pepper..They don't add sauce..sub was very dry..horrible!!.when called to complain the person on phone kept arguing and not ready to listen.there are better places in the town to grab a sub!

Always appears to be understaffed and taking excessively long to make orders. Appears very disorganized and one person in the back appears to never come out to help the front when there’s several customers. Unsure of the service model that this location is taking.

Went last night 11/9/23 at 7 pm. Staff was super rude and lacks customer service. He looks like he had a bad day. No smiling, no greeting. We were just simply asking and wasn't very helpful. He said he can't understand us. He make us feel we're stupid. My 13 year old daughter told her dad that she didn't like her sandwich at all.
