Ordered 2 cold cut on Italian and herb cheese bread. Bread was stale extremely dry. Meat was green and tasted bad. Told staff wanted money back because of these issues and was told it's not Green or bad it is the sauce. Didn't argue because it would.not go anywhere just was upset and disappointed. Threw it in the garbage and will never return. Find another location that cares

don’t expect to get your sandwich in your position in line. they skip over your order to help the customer that came AFTER you. then forgetting the sandwich in the toaster to make it burnt. unreal

I would give a zero but not able to. I placed an order on their app, it took my money then the app kicked me out and my order never got to them. I have tried to resolve this with them but they won't resolve anything.

I reached at store at 7:49 pm and when I asked for placing online order for pickups the employee who is working at store denied to prepare or placing the order
Very annoying answer and rough customer service when a customer walked in store before closing of store
Poor subway chain store
Please do take care before order or reaching out to this store and think twice before going in

Pam and her team are always welcoming. They do a great job at making my business lunches successful. I order from here at least once a week. They are accomodating of short notice orders and always have fresh bread and veggies. They are clean. Wash hands and wear gloves every time and change them inbetween. Very professional and friendly. They remember me and ask about how business is going.

Excellent service from Jasbir! Super friendly, quick, and made my sub exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients were fresh, and the place was spotless. Definitely coming back – Jasbir made the experience awesome!
