It was my 3d time ordering in this Subway.
I have ordered a Honey Mustard sandwich.
Unfortunately, I did not pick up my food because personnel forgot about my sandwich 😔: I have made an order, my sandwich did not go into oven right away because there was sandwich of another customer. When it was time for my sandwich to go to oven, personnel put instead the sandwich of customer behind me. After that my sandwich went to oven, came out and was laying for a long time without any further move, because personnel started to serve the customer behind the custome behind me! My sandwich was laying without attention and personnel started to make next sandwich. So, 2 customers overcame me.
I assume that this bad service was provided because my order was just 4 CAD, and more expensive orders are priority for personnel.

I am frustrated and hungry. I will not order there anymore.
1st and 2nd time it was super friendly service (personnel helped me with tea order, friendly approach).

Very poor service ,gujrati lady wearing red bangles said to me too much work for us because I told her to grill at the end.if they are working , customers are paying and u have to fulfill their needs .if u are unable to work then don’t but pls don’t make ur clients upset by saying that this is too much .will not visit again their because very poor dealing .didnt even wrap and cut the sandwich properly,poor dealing and skills

Hello everyone just writing this review to help others not come to this location . Arrived at 930 am to get a breakfast sandwhich . I was greeting promptly but that’s where the good service stopped . I ordered a sausage and egg footlong I was asked to pay before it was made which I thought was very odd , like reviews I’ve read before writing this the bread was ripped open . Then she didn’t have enough sausage for my order went to the back and microwaved them before toasting my sub and the meats and eggs were still cold ! I hen she was putting on my veggies I asked for extra of some and she seemed unimpressed very rushy to get me in and out but I sat in to write this review ! If someone from there inspection company sees this please please help this store

Worst customer service!!
I wrote a note that I need my 2 footlongs packed differently, but there was one old lady with specs, she didn't do the same and I also wrote in the note that one footlong should not have lettuce in it and I need it to be mentioned but when I went there to pick my order, I asked her which was with the lettuce one, she told me to just open it and look by myself, if don't know how to treat customers, then should not work and sit at home!

Can someone who handles training at this location explain to the woman who worked the afternoon shift on Oct 1 2024 that a meatball marinara sub is not a sub with just marinara sauce on it? I ordered one because I had a coupon, she puts just marinara sauce on it then moves along, I ask her why there’s no meatballs on it and she says”so you want a meatballer sub”. I said no i want a MEATBALL marinara sub. She puts the meatballs on, continues with my order then when we get to the checkout she charges me for a meatballer. I asked her why the price is so high and she says because she added meatballs, it’s a meatballer sub. I end up just overpaying and walking away because I have work to do and don’t want to deal with the argument.

The girl named Arin offered us the worst customer service experience ever this evening. Telling a customer that you can’t toast because you are closing soon is not justifiable when you work in a food industry. Either do your job properly or don’t come to work. She was not pleasant at all while the whole process of ordering food. I wonder if the people in the review section are talking about the same girl who gave them a bad service as one can expect the same from her.

Worst experience artist at SUBWAY¼ girl name ARIN did not change the gloves after touching her phone and when I was putting sauce on the subway she told that you can only put up to three sauces which is not true and when I told that this is not true I have went to all the subways and put unlimited sauce and she denied that also there were other customers waiting in the line and after my place she said it’s closed though the time was only 7:50 p.m. because she wanted to end her shift and go back to her home and sleep never expected this type of unprofessionalism. The subway didnt had green peppers and was stale. The girl should be fired ASAP.

Very good service, the lady there had to work solo but still made everything in a timely matter. She was also incredibly nice to everyone despite all of the rush that came in.

Worst experience starting with the cutting of the bread or should I say ripping of the bread.Lettuce was brown the so called "sandwich artist" was no artist I felt like throwing my sub at her. No help with my coupon. After this experience I can tell ya I'll never eat at Subway again.

I would suggest everyone not to visit here just go to another subway but would not recommend this site personally.They don’t treat customers well, i would say they don’t even care about customers who is paying for their food . They only know how to mess up customers food.

The older lady was very abrupt, rude and abrasive. She treated my 8 year old son disrespectfully, telling him to speak up over and over! Then she put our 4 subs in the bag, which broke and demanded we pay for a new bag. And refused to put our subs in it!! Like really what is her problem??

I visited this subway around 7-8 o clock, there was a young lady at the counter & she was not even interested giving me the subway, she didn’t even greeted me and was just sitting on the chair
 added the veggies which I didn’t want to add, total disaster. She needs some training before working in a customer service filed. Even the veggies were not fresh
. Not visiting this place again, suggesting you guys too do not eat from here.
