Just bought a meatball sub. Absolutely the worst sub I have ever had. More than half the meatballs are frozen. Ended up throwing out 3/4 of my footlocker. What a waste of $11.49. Just disgusting

I used to be a regular customer at the Millwoods Town Centre SUBWAY but no more because the manager Ludi made me feel unwelcome! I was spending $17.80 per day 5 days per week buying salads with extra vegetables and double meat until Ludi took out her cell and started to video. I asked Ludi why she was videoing my order being made and she said she was going to send her video to the Subway head office because I was always asking for too many vegetables for my salad. Needless to say, I immediately canceled my order and I won't be returning. Subway lost a loyal regular customer forever!

While I was at the subway around 2:40 pm , both employees looked in my direction, whispered to each other, and began laughing. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Such conduct is entirely inappropriate, especially in a customer service environment. Furthermore, their demeanor throughout the interaction was discourteous and marked by an unnecessary display of attitude. As a customer, I believe every individual deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, which was unfortunately not the case during this visit.

Oh god never order from here , no customer was there . They started making my order after 10 mints and then when she started making my order she cut the bread not in 6 inch but it was for sure 4 inches . Then i asked to add all veggies, she filled my sandwich with lettuce and i barely see other veggies. After that i asked to add saus she just added 2 3 drops of saus then gave me the plain and dry sandwich. Charged me 9 dollars . Disgusting. I want my refund where is the branch manager?they spoiled my bruch , I literally garbage my food nd my money

I don’t even wanted to give 1 star just bcz of a girl working there showing attitude to each and every customer . This is very bad as its happening in well known subway. If you have any problem then it doesn’t mean you will behave badly with customers. I came there at around 4.40 and the who attended me was having no sense how to talk even wrost than a kid. She was adding veggies for me and didn’t ask for any sauce and wraped my sub and when i asked her for sauce she was like you didn’t tell ( she started making excuses) and then she said don’t show me your attitude ? Is it a way if it’s happening in subway that’s shameless. And after i asked for manager she was like ya ya come at 12 tomorrow am not scared from anyone…. What kind of employees you guys have hired who have 0 sense to talk to customers and not even only with me she was behaving like that with every body. But the way she talked i have taken it seriously bcz you are having no right so that you can harm someone’s self respect.

Ordered a takeout which mistakenly got placed at mill woods address. Called the place immediately to not make the order now as I live 50 min away and my lunch is only for 1 hr. Tried to call 15 times no answer. Finally somebody picked up and tried to explain the situation. And just hung up by saying they cannot do anything about it. The rudest experience I have had with any restaurant in my life. Never ever mistakenly ordering there.

Yesterday August 17 around 3-4pm I was in the mall my sister daughter just fell and bleeding very badly I just run to subways that was nearby me to grab napkins the girls standing over there she said you can’t have napkins if you don’t order food very rudely I said a my niece is bleeding she said it rudely no you can’t have napkins if you didn’t order food that was shit very disappointed educated your staff they are so rude

Soo today date 2 august 2025 at the time of around 4:18 pm Me and my friend went over there to the subway When we recach over there their where two girls on their shift On was tall and other was shorter than her The tall girl have a very bad attitude & she pointed on us and said something about us to her other colleague that look those are the girls in a bad way So if u guys don’t know how to give a good customer service plzz DO THE TRAINING AGAIN and be nice to girls as well rather than just being flirting with boys And don’t give us a shity attitude as you guys get paid by customers
Worst customer service they ignore you u til you ask them to help you they don't listen when taking your order skip instructions you tell them then they tell you they forgot and give you attitude when the make your sub wrong

Horrible food, I ordered on the internet and so never saw them make it . After I got home I was shocked, no cheese in one of the subs, and all the vegetables looked like the had gone through a chopper , tiny pieces and the amount of meat was tiny as well… not worth the price and I would avoid this location.
