I don’t even wanted to give 1 star just bcz of a girl working there showing attitude to each and every customer . This is very bad as its happening in well known subway. If you have any problem then it doesn’t mean you will behave badly with customers. I came there at around 4.40 and the who attended me was having no sense how to talk even wrost than a kid. She was adding veggies for me and didn’t ask for any sauce and wraped my sub and when i asked her for sauce she was like you didn’t tell ( she started making excuses) and then she said don’t show me your attitude ? Is it a way if it’s happening in subway that’s shameless. And after i asked for manager she was like ya ya come at 12 tomorrow am not scared from anyone…. What kind of employees you guys have hired who have 0 sense to talk to customers and not even only with me she was behaving like that with every body. But the way she talked i have taken it seriously bcz you are having no right so that you can harm someone’s self respect.

Ordered a takeout which mistakenly got placed at mill woods address. Called the place immediately to not make the order now as I live 50 min away and my lunch is only for 1 hr. Tried to call 15 times no answer. Finally somebody picked up and tried to explain the situation. And just hung up by saying they cannot do anything about it. The rudest experience I have had with any restaurant in my life. Never ever mistakenly ordering there.
Yesterday August 17 around 3-4pm I was in the mall my sister daughter just fell and bleeding very badly I just run to subways that was nearby me to grab napkins the girls standing over there she said you can’t have napkins if you don’t order food very rudely I said a my niece is bleeding she said it rudely no you can’t have napkins if you didn’t order food that was shit very disappointed educated your staff they are so rude

Me and my friend went over there to the subway
When we recach over there their where two girls on their shift
On was tall and other was shorter than her
The tall girl have a very bad attitude & she pointed on us and said something about us to her other colleague that look those are the girls in a bad way
So if u guys don’t know how to give a good customer service plzz DO THE TRAINING AGAIN and be nice to girls as well rather than just being flirting with boys
And don’t give us a shity attitude as you guys get paid by customers

The staff is really rude and pissed off all the time.. they dont even smile they just look like they’re mad that they got customers
Bread was not fresh. Very dry and old!!
Horrible food, I ordered on the internet and so never saw them make it . After I got home I was shocked, no cheese in one of the subs, and all the vegetables looked like the had gone through a chopper , tiny pieces and the amount of meat was tiny as well… not worth the price and I would avoid this location.
Contracted food poisoning after eating at this location. Do not eat here if you value your health.

I went there for late lunch sandwich. Ordered two footlongs. Susan prepared my order with care and hygienically. I changed some of the ingredients and she was happy to accommodate. She was very pleasant in conversation and customer care. She packed both footlongs as instructed and with absolute care. Great Job Susan!
Horrible, I got food poisoning from this location. Will never come here again. Stay far away.
Worst service ever. Can’t even make sandwiches properly. My whole sandwich was uneven
The customer service is awful at the location. On January 4 at about 3:30 in the afternoon I was yelled at because I returned a tray and evidently put it in the wrong spot. The employee continued to yell at me as I walked away and people in the corridor were starring at me, she continued to yell at me in a language I could not understand. After I calmed down I went back to speak to the manager. The women that yelled went to the back and another employee continued to reprimand me. They hid their name their name tags and would not give me the managers/ owners name. I am not sure why they felt the need to yell as opposed to simply moving the tray. To make matters worse I tried to call the store a week later and it went to a fax machine, I tried making a complaint to the head office, I tried to contact another store for direction and the owner simply said there was no where I could address my complaint. In other words; you can get crappy and abusive behaviour from a Subway Employee and there is No accountability.
