I’m not racist so don’t even start! When I walked in to order they have a guy who can’t speak English and he is by himself…I wanted the chicken ranch sub which everyone knows what that is they call it the chicken rancher now…but he said we don’t have we have turkey then pulled out bread and said this bread…I said no white he said something and I couldn’t understand hi at all..,I told him I can’t understand u he just pulled out the bread he chose! He then Made the sub and then I seen the chicken rancher and then told him to make that! My problem is why u hiring people who can’t speak English and they the only one working! That was a first!

Not great sanitary practices, At the very least, they can clean the knife in between cutting Sandwiches. And not use the cloth they use to clean their hands to wipe down the counters.

Please hire more staff! The last few times I’ve been here there has been a single employee. Poor guy was trying to serve the line of people (tons of us as it was dinner time) and make the online orders coming in. Anyone would fail in this situation.
He is always visibly flustered (again, who wouldn’t be), sandwiches are slapped together, I’m not sure why they aren’t toasted when he puts them in the toaster (maybe pressing the wrong button??), almost no meat (steak and rotisserie chicken).
The absolute worst. Hire more staff or go in there yourself (owner) during peak times. I won’t be back here for a while.

Is normally my go to for subway today after ordering my first order instead of asking if I wanted anything else after she put in the oven she walks away. So didn’t order anything else sandwich was not sealed properly. Guess I’ll find another place of business

I love subway and eat at other locations multiple times a week. This location was the worst I've been to.No greeting or anything from the staff when placing an order, just a blank stare until you tell them what you want. Then nothing at checkout. I'm not looking for a full conversation but at least acknowledge customers by saying hi or anything at all.Wrong bread was used which lasted old and spongy. Veggies tasted old. Just overall an bad experience here

Very nice people, cozy and not many people are here at any time of the day. The food is great, I love the crispy onions and the chicken, mixed with some lettuce and tomatoes. Lots of options on how to make your sandwich.
Vegetarian options: You could order a sandwich with no meat.
Kid-friendliness: There's nobody there almost all the time and it's pretty quick, kids won't really get impatient.
Parking: There's alot of parking spaces, don't need to worry about that.

No bags to carry 2 subs!!! (coz paper bag r expensive it seems)and after buying a $25 gift card, the lady did not offer a free 6in promo gift card (for next time use) ...i had to categorically ask her, but she had no instructions from the franchisee according to her!!!we are under the impression that franchisee are supposed to follow brand standards, but it seems otherwise at this locationSo finally i left without a free 6in promo card
