I love subway and eat at other locations multiple times a week. This location was the worst I've been to.No greeting or anything from the staff when placing an order, just a blank stare until you tell them what you want. Then nothing at checkout. I'm not looking for a full conversation but at least acknowledge customers by saying hi or anything at all.Wrong bread was used which lasted old and spongy. Veggies tasted old. Just overall an bad experience here

Very nice people, cozy and not many people are here at any time of the day. The food is great, I love the crispy onions and the chicken, mixed with some lettuce and tomatoes. Lots of options on how to make your sandwich.Vegetarian options: You could order a sandwich with no meat.Kid-friendliness: There's nobody there almost all the time and it's pretty quick, kids won't really get impatient.Parking: There's alot of parking spaces, don't need to worry about that.

No bags to carry 2 subs!!! (coz paper bag r expensive it seems)and after buying a $25 gift card, the lady did not offer a free 6in promo gift card (for next time use) ...i had to categorically ask her, but she had no instructions from the franchisee according to her!!!we are under the impression that franchisee are supposed to follow brand standards, but it seems otherwise at this locationSo finally i left without a free 6in promo card

Staff, service, and food has alway been great here but the other day I brought my wife who is in a wheelchair and it to me and two of the staff to help get her in the door as the sidewalk ramp is right out the door and is very steep and there’s a huge bump in the door way that difficult to get over! Long story short this is a great subway but it’s not wheel chair accessible!

The best taste I ever experienced at Subway! Munish deserves a raise!Way he prepared my sub was not less than a magic show. And certainly, the taste was surprisingly good.Thank you for the food!

Subway doesn't disappoint usually except this specific location. The women who work there take no pride in their work. And it shows in their quality of food and demeanor. Last 2 orders from this location have been packed wrong and missing items . They also come off as just wanting to socialize to eachother at the back counter and food prep areas and not to the customer infront of them. I also work in food service and they just make their store look bad. Won't be going back to Petrolia Subway.
Staff are rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Plus using their cell phones in front of customers speaking a different language. I only say the language because it's rude to customer's because staff members could be making disparaging comments and who would know.

Got food poisoning. The staff was unfriendly made me and my husband feel rushed. Continued to talk to each other and would only look at us to then guess what they needed to ask. Added barely any meat or vegetables and was extremely rude

Stale bread is all they serve, been to this location twice and it's terrible. They know it's stale but serve it anyways. I ask for a little bit of mustard and they stare at you as they douse it on. I'm tired of incompetence at these kinda places. Shame on you for ripping people off I'm done with subway. Nasty
