Horrible service. Super confused staff. I ordered egg and cheese on flatbread. To start, they only have 2 types of bread. Then they toast it and once it comes out, I ask where the egg is, but after everything went through, and then saying they have egg, they say they don’t have it… why not just say no at the beginning… instead they say to just get veggies and give attitude when I said no and I’m not paying for their mistakes. Unfortunate that this is the only subway other than the mall one.

Waited in the queue for about 40mins only for them to tell me we’re out of tuna. I get it it’s not their fault but maybe put some sign or something to let people in the queue know what things you’re out of stock???? super long ridiculous queue and waited there for no reason. Worst service ever.

The employees are all kind except for the guy with glasses. He’s always very rude and making unnecessary comments about what I’m buying and has a terrible attitude no matter how hard I try to be nice to him.

They wont show you your receipt unless you ask. They know its because it's too expensive. I wouldn't come unless I had to.

Can the younger guys clean their hands and maybe change their gloves once in a while? Thanks it’s gross and I don’t want other people’s food in my subs. Definitely avoid this subway!!

A tall, dark, lanky guy just insulted me for buying an English muffin and expecting to have a bit of all the vegetables in it. "This is breakfast not lunch" was what he said. I think it shouldn't be on the menu if that's the case. You can't be an ambassador of a brand and condemn your customer's choice of what you're offering. If you were to be selling inches tall burgers, you wouldn't refuse your customers their requests of what should be in the burger. You don't even know if I'm buying the food because of the vegetables in it. Or if that's all I can afford just to eat at the moment. You chose to embarrass me because of my order and I feel sad about it. How about you decide the size of buns/bread that fits the vegetables to your employer?
