Decided to had a subway. Used drive thru and had very disappointing experience.
Why so stingy on toppings and service. It was wrapped so loosely trying to make it look big but nothing in the sandwich but only bread that too not even six inch long which subway claims.
Do not recommend going this and not coming back here.

Everything about this location is one star from the service to the food to the atmosphere for starters. They have a drive-through which I waited in for 15 minutes asking for help which to my avail. Nobody replied once I then proceeded to enter inside the restaurant to see two workers doing absolutely nothing serving nobody Asking them if the drive-through was open they had responded to saying yes and laughing. This is completely unacceptable. I wonder why your restaurant is rated only two stars. This has to be the worst experience Subway I have ever had in my life and makes me not want to go to Subway again , I can’t believe that I wasn’t even able to get food. That is why the rating for one star but honestly a place like this I wouldn’t even trust them to make my food.

Recently placed a platter order from here for my sons birthday. It was hard to place it over the phone because the girl that answered didn’t know what she was doing. I had to go in and place the order with a guy there. We gave two days notice and told them it needed to be ready for 2pm on Saturday. At 2:10pm my husband walks in to pick up our order and they haven’t even started making it yet. At first they had no idea what order, then after they figured it out they had him wait while they make, slice and wrap 10 sandwiches. He ended up being late to his sons birthday which was disappointing considering we spend more than $100.
This location is so stingy with the topping, it's embarrassing! I understand the food costs are insane but if you're going to charge me almost $10 for a veggie delight, then my sub better have veggies inside it. The bread was NOT fresh, it was hard. There was barely any veggies inside, barely enough sauce. I had to ask for more cheese because she only put 4 slices on a footling. I live in the vicinity and would love to support businesses in the community BUT if you're going to rip off your customers (to save on onion or cheese) then you'll lose the community support. Unfortunately I will NOT be returning to this location.

I’m honestly done with coming here. I ordered ahead of time to come grab my food to go, but I had to wait there to make my meal. They also put the wrong sauce or both sandwich’s and had the wrong info online for there drinks. So if anything they can do better

I have had food here multiple times. Everytime it hasn’t been great. They put only a few slices of ham on my sandwich, trying to rip me of off... They seriously just threw the toppings on which made the sandwich crazy messy. And I find this places tastes off. Was not happy as I had to wait over 35 minutes in the place. Terwilleger subway is much better. I recommend going there. I say avoid this subway.
