This location very bad customer service in the night i am trying to order but there system is offline and phone nobody answering called 4 5 times its my 5 time experience same in night i dont know why they mention 24 hours if they cant make orders in night

There is only one employee to handle walk ins and drive thru orders most of the times. I feel bad for the employee seeing the stress o their face... spend more and hire more staff. You are not saving cost this way, but only losing customers.

Please avoid this subway , go to any other location that’s opened 24hours. Cold sub and not toasted after I requested for it, barely any sauce put on so it was very dry. I hope they change their ways or go out of business for good

Bread is always dry, the chicken tasted old, every time we go it is the worst subway and I keep trying to give it another chance but it’s bad quality. Don’t eat at this subway.

. Absolutely unacceptable.
I have been sick and decided to order through Uber Eats. Not only did my food arrive missing all the toppings I had asked for, but I also found a hair in it.

When I called the restaurant to address this, I was told to “call back” and then hung up on. That level of unprofessionalism is shocking and insulting. When I called back again to explain the issue was was hung up on as well.

I will admit I was angry about being hung up on the first time however if you can’t provide basic food quality or treat customers with respect, then you shouldn’t be in business. Do better.

Just picked up our subway platter. No mayo or mustard on the dry flaky bread. Was told I had to request these but wasn't told until pick up. Dry, and boring. Not impressed. Waste of time and money
