I am very happy with the customer service they provide as I am a regular customer there working as security and I mostly have lunch and snacks there..sometimes I dine in and sometimes I take away..i ordered two footlongs today. She made it with hygiene and the girl has beautiful eyebrows and has doe eyes.. I even complimented her about it.. She was very friendly, polite and kind. Overall, I like to eat there and their service is one of the best among subways I've been, I appreciate their hardwork.

0 stars. Went there yesterday. And got something to eat. And the girl had long hair. And was not even wearing a hair net. Then notice. Hair. In my food when I came home. . They should be wearing hair nets all times preparing. Food. And she didn't even wanna put gloves on when I told her she needs have gloves on. When it comes to food. But she put gloves on. And had attitude. . Then when I went to pay for my food. She hits the custom tip I told her redo. It I'm not giving no tip. For her service. Specially not friendly. Very poor. Rude Service. . And preparing food. Should always have hair net. And gloves on. At all times. Working with food. .

What's greeted by a professional sandwich artist. Beautiful smile on her face. I order the Veggie Delight everything on it (mustard mayo sub sauce)

And the steak and cheese footlong with everything on it (Chipotle Southwest & sub sauce)

This particular location is kept very clean and is located 2nd floor of the Edmonton Tower Building 🏫

There is a tall girl her behaviour was very bad.
I ordered tereyaki crunch.i asked multigrain bread That's fair enough if you have out of stock multigrain bread.i didn’t know which bread she gave me . Even that bread was fully raw . She had put that bread in oven maximum 4 to 5 seconds then she removed. Before my meal get ready she was asking for payment she might have thought i don’t have any money. First make the meal of Coustomers then ask for payment.

Most of the time its alright but lately they have been serving stale bread for there subs. When i take a bite out of a sub i expect to take a bite not naw at it in order to enjoy it like a well done steak. Dissapointed with this location lately.

Went to try a rice bowl and ended up witnessing a street person who was quietly sitting suddenly erupt into a huge coughing fit of phlegm and spewing blood. Poor subway artist sandwich girl tries to call security and no one came immediately. I stuck around and ended up buying the bowl from the blood spattered scene because I felt bad the worker would get fired after she explains to her manager that the customer lost his appetite witnessing the horror show. I was so hungry that I tried to take a bite of the steak-bowl but after chewing and reflecting on the dark red bbq sauce, I tossed it.Also the tomatoes and lettuce looked limp and sad. 1 star for her corporate response.
