The lady working today was really polite and went above and beyond to ensure that my sandwich was exactly as I wanted it. This *should* be the standard across the board, but I really appreciated how attentive she was

Was 430 pm I asked for soup. Sorry sir we are out. I asked how it's only 430 she said soup ends at 4pm. I asked so evening customers don't get soup she said that's right because sometimes they would have to throw some away. This is ridiculous

Very good customer service and their food is always fresh. Staff is so polite and cooperative beacause i like to eat subway which is customized by me they always make my sub how i want
Very Rude staff there was no line up i Stand there waiting for five minutes which was not long but keep in mind my lunch is only 30 minutes while there was no one in line there was two girl who was standing chatting and the other one looks on so in my thinking I decided to ask kindly is someone here to take the order to which one of the girl responded yes who was intrup by the older woman we are busy cant you see 🙄 i simply said have a great day and left but as a regular customer I expected better service from staff who could have answered in a better way other wise she need to be in the back to wash the dishes not to take her anger out on customer very disappointed with miss attitude #dobettersubway #millwoodstowncrnter
I had a fantastic experience at Subway, thanks to Sukhman! I ordered the chicken teriyaki, and it was absolutely delicious. Sukhman’s customer service was outstanding, she was friendly, attentive, and made my visit enjoyable. It’s refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to providing great service. I highly recommend this Subway location for both the tasty food and the warm atmosphere created by Sukhman.
I just got my sub and I'm not sure if I want to eat it. The woman handling my order wore plastic gloves, but I noticed she kept touching her not-so-clean hat several times. She also kept the gloves on while using the cashier computer, which seems really unhygienic ??
I work at the same plaza, and it sucks that this Subway can't be my go-to option during lunch hours.
I always came here for my subs. I made eye contact with her thinking I'd get a Hi or a smile but didn't receive neither. I ordered a foot long bacon and egg sub toasted. She took the sub out of the toaster oven half way through toasting. The bacon was almost raw ! I should have said something but didn't. I don't see the other lady anymore that use to work there, she always smiled and said Hi. Customer service is very important, without customers there's no sales.

Side Potatos - (refrigerator cold as well)
Egg sandwich - warm! (But looked like someone punched it after wrapping)
Absolutely disappointed in the food I received. Complete waste of money. I paid to have a sub made and now I'm taking it apart and cooking it myself.

All you want from a Subway is for the artist to make something you order and listen carefully. If I want 1 tomato means 1 tomato.
Seems simple, but you would be surprised. Staff was 100% they need a raise!

Only one staff usually working with long lines. Subs are good but understaffed. Makes for a very long wait.
