This Subway is unbelievably stingy with their vegetables. I received about 4–5 pieces of spinach and a thin, sad layer of the rest of the toppings. When I asked for more, they added 1–2 extra pieces like it was coming out of their own pocket.
Subway is NOT cheap anymore, so this level of portioning is unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly ask just to get a reasonable amount of veggies on their sub.
If you’re going to charge these prices, then give proper portions. This location seriously needs to fix how they serve customers.

Again another place with same issue “Actually need more workforce to serve people timely. Nothing else.” Feeling sorry for the only employee who is still trying to serve with a smile.
Worst Subway ever! Only one person working, so she kept us waiting 5 minutes before we could order while she prepped bread for the oven. She also told the next 2 customers it would be half an hour, so they left. Lucky them, our lunch was terrible. Questionable shredded chicken instead of the posted grilled chicken.

Can't take simple instructions over and over. Put way too much sauces on the sandwich no matter how many times I tell her not to. Pretends like she's listening to you.But doesn't actually hear a thing you're saying. Just looks at you and goes yup.Yep yup. Now normally that would mean they heard you, but if you go to the subway, make sure she repeats back.What you said. Again, you need to remember that this still won't make a difference because she just doesn't care. One bad sandwich after another. And if you don't have what the customer ordered, you don't just fill the order halfway.And write a sorry note with it. You contact the customer and ask them if it is okay to proceed without half the stuff that they ordered.. like if you don't have lettuce or green peppers ect . It's not just about money.People, come on. Please get with the program. People want a sandwich made a certain way.And if you leave one ingredient off a lot of people would agree that it doesn't taste like what they wanted.When they thought of having subway that night and they would have probably just ordered somewhere else. But to the lady behind the counter, it doesn't matter, just cut it short and kick it out. I tried to have sympathy for older women with apparent serious hearing problems, but it's hard to when they are this ignorant.To what the customer's needs are. With the degree of people working these types of jobs lately, i'm starting to see why they called it an art making a sandwich, but you guys have long since killed that art. Also, don't buy gift cards. I have bought many and they never work.
And try contacting the company to get that fixed.Good luck with that. After many phone calls and much frustration, I just threw them in the garbage over one hundred dollars. But hey, I got my two free sandwiches.Just a bit expensive if you ask me. Again , for the hard of hearing, they just don't give a damn. But hey, i'm sure they'll do yours just right.So go ahead and place your order.
I've been to this subway many times. Almost everytime, its Monali greeting us. Shes an absolute delightful and hard worker, I will definitely come back many many times. Great subway 🥪

Today I and wife were craving for something healthy and Subway on Mullen called our name. We stopped there and ordered our favourite veggie subway with loaded veggies. The experience at this location was a fabulous. We were helped by lady, Monali who was so helpful and knew her profession in creating a delicious sandwich. She had a best customer service with very welcoming smile and with positive energy. Monali Handles clients in very unique way and always makes them come back. We have been helped by her several times and never got turned down with service. Please try Subway on Mullen Road in the plaza across the gas station. I promise you all will love her service & friendliness. Thank you Monali for your continue hospitality. 🙏🏼

Besides the lack of workers (sometimes only one person working during peak hours, although seems to have gotten a bit better), this location has always treated me well. I usually order online and the sandwiches are always made correctly and promptly.

Amazing service by Monali this evening! I work in a store nearby and often come by this location for my meal break. I have always been served quickly and efficiently. Food is fresh and tastes great, staff are friendly and always have a smile.

What I want to mention is the staff here, they are nice and friendly. Especially the girl who worked here at night, she is very polite and nice to children. Hope she can keep it up.
