This subway isn’t good. The service wasn’t good. The “sandwich artist” dropped the knife on the floor when she was about to cut my sandwich. She picked it up and was about to continue to cut it and when I gave her a look as if to say “don’t cut my sandwich with a knife that’s been on the dirty floor”. She ran it under cold water briefly. I said no you need to wash that knife properly before using it. She seemed very annoyed that I wanted basic cleaning of utensils used for food prep. Then it came time for vegetables. If you’re looking for lots of veggies don’t go to this subway, I’m talking like 3 pickle slices on a foot long sandwich a light sprinkle of onion. Each time I asked for “extra” after I saw how she was rationing the veggies. She seemed to become more annoyed with my request to have a sub like all the other subways I’ve been to.
This subway sucks, I’d rather go hungry.

They refused to serve me because I wanted to pay in cash! I was there this morning, ordered a sandwich, the cashier told me they don't accept 50 and 100 dollar bills and showed the inscription on the front door - How can this be in Canada???

I walked in to get a sub. There was one customer in front of me the worker helped them and once she finished checking them out she walked up to me and told me I would have to wait 7-10 minutes for her to do the bread. After I had already been waiting for 5 minutes. The lady behind me agreed it was absolutely ridiculous and left. I would have to if I had the time to go anywhere else. It should not take 20 minutes to get a sub with one person in front of you…..This was absolutely absurd.
I then asked when a manager would be in I could come speak to and she expressed she was the supervisor. So I expressed to her that it was not great customer service and that she probably could have waited 2 minutes to go do the bread. She couldn’t have seem to care less. She then proceeded to say that the bread is the most important thing. I couldn’t believe it. She said to a paying customer that the bread was more important than the paying customer. That was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard especially to say out loud. I work in the service industry and would never in a million year dream of saying that something I’m doing is more important than the customer. Customer care should be top priority. I’m also curious if the bread is that important why they only have one person working???
Overall the workers customer service skills were nothing shy of horrible especially for a “supervisor”

First time at this subway and it will be the last !! I wanted a chopped salad and was told they only chop tomatoes . 😮 . Told me I can’t have extras veggies. So she tried to give me half the salad for 15 dollars . Are you kidding me ?? we pay good money for our take out food please stop being cheap with the veggies .
This chick makes the sloppiest sub. Cuts it while it's wide open, and then just wraps it up. Doesn't close the sub and then cut, so the ingredients stay inside. Complete fail.
We have very bad experience we did Ubar order from 2 large subway one with onion garlic one without I did around 9:30 -10 pm because I have job so my kids can eat and I will eat at night

I call store lady do not listen at all and she tola we order wrong she is not ready to talk to manager and I call back she put phone down lady MONALI said I ask if I eat this sandwich I die she said call Ubar we donot help you my store owner told same we donot help you I live without food and I open it they put Patti we told we donot want even they did that I told her she said we are lying and you order wrong the person order yesterday talk to her we order Ubar whom we talk not responsible owner not responsible employee s she told me to call Ubar if you have number pass me no one can call Ubar
She did not listen at all
Worst customer service she told me you have onion allergies what we do

If Ubar did order wrong but her store we order if manager is good she will give me new sandwich instead she fight non stop you order wrong call Ubar

I love love love going to this Subway for the lovely lady in the evenings during the weekdays. She's so good at what she does, and is so pleasant when helping you. If I could give her, specifically her 10 Stars o would in a heartbeat.
The reason I can't give this review a full 5 stars is because I'm astonished by the lack of help that lovely employee is given. I've been to this Subway multiple times since January (recently moved nearby), and every single time I've gone it's only her. Only her serving 2-4 other customers, while also completing delivery orders that come in frequently while in the establishment, and then, because there's obviously no other employees there you can only imagine that she's left to clean up and shut down the place at the end of the night.
Management needs to get an extra set of hands at night, not because she's not doing an absolutely fantastic job on her own, but because they are going to cause an outstanding employee to be completely burnt out. I've worked in similar environments, and know exactly how it feels to be the only person juggling what feels like a hundred tasks.
Big props to the lovely employee, not so much for the management.

My sub was good. It did lack meat in my opinion or might have been their standard measurement. I wish the vegetables were more and spaced out evenly through out the bread.
