Look, I never thought I'd be writing such a negative review for one of my favorite fast foods. I have odered the pizza sub on Italian herb and cheese over 100 times in my life, but never had I ever had one be bad, let alone terrible. This was terrible and if it were the first time eating one, I'd never go back. The bread was STALE, crumbly and disgustingly dry. It was toasted, but again, I know the difference between the nastiness they served me here and the fresh bread every other subway has served in the past. There is a clear lack of sanitation with throwing out expired food. The lady wore her gloves while touching the cash register and then starting refilling the pepperoni. Another worker took over to finish my sub and when I asked for all vegetables, she stood puzzled and asked me again, and when I confirmed, she stood there with a glare for another second or two and then started passive aggressively throwing stuff on, with no care of how much or little she was adding, and it was a mess. The service was horrible, the sandwich bread was disgusting and ingredients disproportionate, and it was unlike any subway I'd been to. I also worked in a fast food sandwich restaraunt when I was younger, and I never gave people attitude unless they gave me attitude back. I was pleasant and didn't mention any of these things I've noted to them, just observed the horrible service. Never going back here.

PS I write the review above before finishing the sandwich... however, as I got through the first quarter of the sandwich, I also came across rotten tomatoes that resembled paste and didn't taste like tomato anymore. The more resembled the taste of dirt and somehow smelled like a pumpkin patch? I know, I dont know either... I was so hungry that I ate the one half, but I just couldn't stomach this thing, and I tossed the other half. Complete waste of money :(

This place sucks. Have come here numerous times. Mainly for pick up because I have it arranged when I am on lunch during work hours. The last time I went there, I was absolutely appalled at the customer service that I was given. I picked up the sub. I went back to work, not only to find it extremely crumbly and not toasted, which is what I asked. I was quite upset to have a cold steak and cheese crumbly sub. And that’s not it. I had even made a request to take out the inside of the bread now that was done. I couldn’t even eat it. I waited until after work, completely starved, took it to Subway and had to wait in line because there was only one worker while the other one was outside maybe on break or something just to talk to a manager, which is never present they took down my information and told me that they would call me back. I waited a few days no call so I called them back. Someone said that they would give me a shout back and again no call. I would definitely not recommend coming to the subway.

I asked for double bacon so lots of bacon lol 😂
But she didn’t even bother to cook it… I bit into 2 inches of raw bacon , then when I went up and asked her to cook it( how subway ALWAYS DOES) but the employee and the lady in line gave me a hard time… like I’m who wants RAW BACON? She then apologized when I was done eating saying “sorry I don’t eat bacon” … like ma’am, anytime I’ve gotten a BLT they have cooked the bacon. It’s never been an issue before so I don’t know why it is now. Rip my stomach I don’t think u can eat raw bacon.. it was so cold like wtf this ruined my idea of Subway ever again and I’ve been eating it since I was a kid:( I honestly honestly wish I took a picture of the raw bacon because like who gives someone that to eat?

At 2 stars I’m surprised this establishment is still around. Corporate subways should shut them down! I noticed some unsanitary conditions such as the worker touching the register, handling cash with the same gloves they touch the food with. No hair nets or beard nets are worn. I have found hair in my food in the past. Overall this is a location to avoid at all costs! Save yourself the trouble, headache skip the painful process.

I ordered two Footlong veggie patty for takeout.After receiving the order I opened at work its look like a totally different sub.I asked with out spinach still there is spinach inside and its look like without any sauces inside.Thank you for excellent service.Definitely think about going to this restarant.Thank you

my friend was waiting for someone to serve her for almost 10 minutes and the girl working there was literally on her phone doing nothing. and when she came out she was still on her phone and ignored my friend at the counter, even though she said “excuse me” very clearly. bad service.

Just left Subway and had to deal with the worst worker. I order the pizza sub and asked her to make it the old way with half salami and half pepperoni. I’ve been going to this subway for years and have never had a problem. They know exactly how to make it but this worker insisted that if she makes it the way I want she has to charge me extra for a different sub. It was only an extra $1.50 but it’s just the principle of the situation. Then I asked for the managers name and she said she can’t give me that info. They lost my families business and judging by the reviews they lost a lot of other people’s business as well. The owner obviously doesn’t care cuz I’m sure this lady is probably every one’s problem.
