Very unprofessional service, happened second time first time I let it go thought they are having a bad day , the girl Gagan was in such a rush not professional at all I felt like she hates her job..... I don't recommend ordering with the app. The person who made my wrap at this location overloaded it with rice and there was literally one spinach leaf, a few pieces of cucumber and a bit of tomato, in spite of the fact it was supposed to be loaded with every veggie. No customer support also, as the area manager told me to order a 6 inch sub on a tortilla the next time.

I would appreciate this location but somehow owner should understand to have more workers than just one. There was a one girl only who made our order but also had other responsibilities at the same time which made her confused. (Store was not cleaned)
We like to order Sub very frequently but there is one specific employee, Amrit, who always makes my experience bitter, she has such laidback attitude, does not have friendly approach, will always cut the bread improperly, does not follow instructions even if we repeat our request. I usually do not leave negative reviews but this one has to be done because we have had same bad experiences with this employee multiple times. My husband most times will return from the store without ordering sub if he sees she is taking orders. I hope this feedback will help bring a change in her approach and work ethics.
