Best subway in Edmonton. The ladies that run this place do an awesome job. Keep all the produce fresh and are good at building sandwiches and are very kind. I recommend everybody to give this subway a try because I tell you I would only have Subway once a year if that, and by going to Orchard’s location once I now have to have at least twice a week. And not to mention, it’s always very clean!!!!

Wait time was 25-30 mins because there is only 1 person doing everything , all the online orders and in store and apparatly online orders had some kind of priority over those in store.

Our soccer team was in town for a game, and the experience we had with this location was exceptional. The manager, Karen, provided above and beyond service. We had a large and detailed order, and everything was delivered on time, fresh, and perfectly organized by each player’s name. Truly impressive attention to detail, thank you, Karen!
Online order and the subs were the best we’ve had!
Hello, this is the worst experience i ever got from any store. The employee is extremely rude to us. She is young Punjabi girl working around 9:55 on may 21. We came in the store to place an order and she didn't say hi or hello no greeting at all and after we politely talk with her but she is still showing an attitude towards us. That's why we left from the store.
Hey , today is 21st may 2025. I visited this restaurant with ny family . When I started to give my order , the girl who is working there did not greet us and showed disrespect which hurts me alot. As Due to disrespect and bad customer service , I went out of store and did not order. I think she should learn a good lesson as well as customer service skills . Overall , this is my worse experience ever.
