Today i visited to subway London derry mall the staff was so amazing they listen to my choice and make me happy with super delicious veggie sub. Its was really tasty. Thanks to sukhpreet who listen my option.

Worst customer service.

Aside from Very slow service, staff were not friendly or at least courteous at all.

Ordered online and I had my receipt with me but instead they want an ID? So what’s the receipt for? Instead of answering politely, the staff responded with defiant tone of voice.

Not even a thank you after the purchase.

I dinned in yesterday with my family and was facing some problems with my mobile order the staff Sukhpreet kaur if i am not wrong with the name and another lady. They two were very patient to help me out and gave me my order in no time. Very polite and helpful staff. Must visit.

Visited here during closing, the girl working maybe her name is khushi was really sweet . I bought 3 sandwiches and she was quite efficient in making them. Will surely visit back 👍🏻

This subway is the worst subway i have ever been to. Very minimal meat but ya shlda seen the kid after me, mountains of tuna! Only the bun was heated n inside of sub was cold but i was hungry! Plz lord dont let me get sick 🤮 the cheese tasted like cheeze wiz...barely any meat n just tasted cold cheap cheese! I am a big fan of Subway and am so disappointed that these clerks dont know anything about making subs!!...i wont be back...

I stopped by Subway for an evening snack and had a great experience. The service by Khushi was excellent—she was friendly, efficient, and ensured my order was made just the way I wanted. The ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich was well-prepared. The place was clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Definitely a good spot for a quick and tasty bite. Would recommend!

I went here just before closing time on March 20, and the lady working the front counter alone was amazing, super friendly and polite, and was very fast and Efficient. Definitely going to make this subway my regular!

Vegetarian options: Lots of options, and very accommodating staff. Nice to see them changing gloves.

I love subway for lunch, this is my first time in this location and the experience is bad, the food is good but they only put a ridiculous small amount of vegetables on sandwich, go to antoher locations
