I think you should remove the ramen from your menu if you aren’t able to serve it. I’ve been coming back for two weeks trying to order it, and every single time I’m told it’s not available. Literally every day the cashier gives the same response. It’s really disappointing.
I just want to share my experience. The team member working at the frontline of your sushi store seems to lack customer service training. I’m sorry, but the girl who assisted me seemed tired and stressed. The way they told me that ramen was not available at 4:30 PM sounded rude, like I was bothering them by ordering. It felt like I owed them something just for ordering. If the ramen was unavailable, there should have been a sign, or they could have explained it nicely and offered suggestions. I hope your team member can receive more training, as this will also help your business improve.

Went to grab some linch at 12pm today and the lady was taking my order was rude and rolled her eyes on me because she couldn’t hear my order. If she just removed her airpods off, maybe she could hear me

Today there was a girl who is working there and boy. We ordered food and they seemed upset after we pay. It’s was close to closing time 8:30. I think, which I am assuming they are upset about that. She throws the food that had in container nothing happened to it and napkin and the chopstick and said you can leave now looking up and down on us. We did not say anything we were just shocked and the boy laughed when she did that. All she had to do is to say hi we are almost closing sorry and that will have be understandable. She did not give anything reaction when we ordered but once we received she give us reaction. I hope the manager in there will give her a better training.

Staff need to visit the Windermere location and learn what the standard is as they provide great food! This location does not provide sauce for any order even tho it says its included, always multiple pieces of bad lettuce, mushy mango and missing ingredients or adds only half.

The owners really need to fix the service issue. 30 minutes before closing time they could no longer offer shrimp tempura or crispy rice because they’d already cleaned the fryer! Wow!
