I had a wonderful dining experience at SushiYa in Manna Land, Abu Dhabi. The restaurant offers an impressive variety of authentic Japanese dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients and rich flavors. From the comforting Miso Shiru to the flavorful Omu Fried Rice, every dish we tried was a delight. The Ebi Ten Chilli Roll had the perfect balance of crispiness and spice, while the Tori Yaki Udon was packed with bold, stir-fried goodness. A special mention to Zar Zar, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for delicious Japanese cuisine, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, SushiYa is a must-visit.

I absolutely love this place. I go almost every day for lunch and buy the Spicy Salmon Maki which is the best sushi I’ve ever had. It’s also an amazing price! The workers are wonderful and very kind. Always welcoming. I hope whoever is reading this will try this place! ❤️

Best sushi in town. Their hours cater to downtown business hours but so so worth it.

I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time. They have had several locations over the years, but most recently are in the food court in Commerce Place. The sushi dishes are make to order and can take several minutes to prepare, especially at lunch when it is busy. They are worth the wait. The owner, or his assistant during peak times, usually bring the orders out to where customers are seated. Everything on the menu is good. That being said, I usually order the caterpillar maki, ocean maki, and either the California maki or house special maki. Sushi ya makes some of the best maki rolls in the downtown area. The staff are very friendly, and it's always worth the trip over here when I am in the neighbourhood at lunch time. Overall, pretty impressive for food court sushi.

This was my first time ordering take out from this sushi place. I notice the owner was working by himself with no help, which is pretty awesome becuase he worked hard. I hope that's not everyday for him. Anyway, I would definitely come back because the sushi was fresh and tasteful. Keep up the the busy work you do and thank you for all that you do.

Been coming to this place for lunch sushi off and on, but today will be my last. The quality of the rolls has been failing slowly for a bit now, but today I ordered 2 tuna maki and a crab meat roll and received shrimp maki with hardly any shrimp, and the crab meat roll had less than half a stick of crab meat and was stuffed the rest of the way with mayo and lettuce. Nobody wants a sushi roll that's 50% mayo. It's GROSS.

My favorite lunch treat! This unassuming little food court spot has the best sushi that I've eaten in Edmonton. The freshness, quality and price blow some expensive proper sushi spots out of the water. Very popular at lunch for a reason, but always worth the wait.

I ordered an avocodo maki roll and spicy salmon maki roll: both were very good and for a reasonable price! They gave a very decent amount of ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce along with it. Service was pleasant as well :) This is a solid spot that I would come to again!

I'll never know what it tastes like. Ordered sushi when not a single person was around, waited 10 minutes and nothing. Eventually people came around and got their orders, I guess they call it in ahead of time. Waited nearly 15 minutes and still nothing. I had to leave for work. Would have been nice to be told it would be over a 15 minute wait even though nobody was around. I paid for my order I was never going to get in time, out $15 as I didn't have the time to try to get a refund.
