Loved the food and service :) However, this was the most disgusting restaurant washroom I have ever used. The floor was covered in dirt, toilet paper and random bits, the toilet was FILTHY and all surfaces were either covered in dust or grime. And when I was there, there were 3 staff on site & the one who just arrived was sitting behind the counter on her phone not doing anything for quite some time.
I want to come back because I enjoy the food & service, but not if I can’t use the restroom because of how dirty it is!

The portion size is extremely small. The bubble tea is charged full price yet it’s about 1/4 in height less for the cup size compared to other bbt stores. It was also filled with mostly milk. The portion sizes are smaller than a snack size, somewhere along the size of an Asian sauce dish, for the deep fried things. The desserts are as the other reviewers photographed, very small for the price they charge, and hardly any fresh fruit topping. Despite the earlier reviews I wanted to check out the place before I made any judgement. But I’m not planning to come back. The female staff that gave me my food in a to go bag was very, very unhappy. She just gave me my bag on the table, didn’t say anything and walked away. It got me super confused because I wasn’t sure if my entire order was there. Otherwise taste wise, the deep fried stuff was very delicious. Taro balls are good but it wasn’t as delicious as meet fresh. For the price to portion size and how the location was completely out of my way to get there, I won’t be coming back. Location is not their fault, however I am willing to drive out of my way if the food was worth it, in this case it isn’t.

We arrived when it was supposed to be open at 2pm and it wasn't open. The staff was late. I had to get our own menus and there were a lot of sold out items. It took awhile for the server to address us and get our order. We ordered some drinks, some hot food, the hotpot special and the 9 sample special. The server told us it would take about 30-45min for the taro balls that came with the specials. We said it would be fine since we had the hot food coming and the drinks. The drinks took about 20-25min to come and the hot food was room temperature when it arrived. The drinks were tasty at least. When the specials came after 1.5 hours of waiting, it was very disappointing as it was very bland and watered down. We could not taste the coconut milk in the coconut dishes, the syrup for the tofu taste and had the consistency of water. The oly dish that was decent was the peanut ball. The service extremely slow. It is very disappointing that this is representing Chinese dessert in Edmonton.

Came by late in the evening with a sweet tooth. And something Asian. We had visited this franchise in Vancouver and this location did not disappoint. The service was good and the desserts excellent. The mango sago was fresh and not too sweet. Totally hit the spot! Maybe because it was late evening, the place was virtually empty.
This dessert place is quite good as it is decently priced. However, some items come in very small portions. I recommend getting the item that comes in a gold container and you get to choose 5 toppings of your choice, it’s the best bang for your buck! Service is a bit slow, but staff are friendly.
Dessert tastes so so, the speed of serving is very slow. If you have time, you may try but not a must.

I love going to this place for sesame soup and the yogurt drinks they sell inside as well. Although, most of the time when I go a lot of the stuff are either sold out or unavailable for order. The staff are extremely efficient and friendly as well.
