Absolutely love this place! The mangos are consistently fresh and sweet. The in-house taro balls are so chewy—couldn't recommend it more.

This store offers a delightful yogurt, coffee and dessert experience with a diverse menu and cozy ambiance. The friendly staff enhances the overall pleasant atmosphere, they are very kind and helpful. Absolutely love this place. It was a nice place to chat and catch up with a friend. There are a lot of seats available. I really recommend the coconut flavour latte; it is a new arrival.

The mango pancake is good! The skin of the pancake is also very fresh, and the service is great! There are just a lot of people in the store.

I've tried this place twice:When the first opened, all menu items was available, the desserts actually tasted ok, but there were all room temperature. These types of chinese desserts are to be served either hot or chilled (always).2nd visit was April 2024 (saturday evening): half of the menu (the better half) was not available. what was left was terrible for taste and texture. Nothing looks remotely close to what's shown on the menu pictures. We ordered a dry dessert and it came soaked in sugar water.Service was all terrible (and the place only had 1 other table at the time)

Pretty good dessert place if you're going with a small group of friends, wouldn't recommend going with a large group as there's limited seating depending on the time you go.I tried the mango pancake and was pleasantly surprised at how sour the mango chunks were. Usually I would prefer a sweeter mango, but the cream in the pancake was already plenty sweet so the sour flavour helped balance it out.The staff were pretty nice, recommended a few items due to the lack of certain items. On that note, don't go too late at night as they tend to run out of a lot of items, in our case the durian items.

The food was great. Durian tastes fresh like you just peel the fruit open. Matcha ice cream was awesome. The services were excellent.

Mango pancake was previously made and half frozen. If you’ve been to any other SweetHoney dessert location (like in Vancouver) they normally make it fresh and you need to wait a little for the kitchen to prepare your order. Here, I waited not even two mins and it was on the table. The pancake exterior was the most disappointing - doughy, stretchy and not fresh or soft. Whipped cream was much sweeter than other locations and felt..spongy almost. Mango was frozen but nicely sweet.Sad. I wish it was made fresh to order.

Unfriendly staff and portions are way smaller than what is justifiable for the price you are paying. I used to really like this place and get the mango mochi but for the past 3-4 times I’ve ordered it, the mango has tasted bad (overripe and old) and the dessert is mostly mochi because they barely include any mangoes. Disappointing… if you’re going to cheap out on portions at least make your food taste good.

There are different counters, The one far down is Sweet Honey. it’s a bit confusing.

Mango was frozen and mushy at the same time it didn’t taste good at all. The ice cream was good and durian too. Not sure why they are freezing mangos in the middle of summer.

Very busy place. However, the desserts aren't good, like the locations in Vancouver. Very disappointing.

It’s sad I have to rate this so low because when they first opened it was amazing. They used to actually put a lot of mango into everything they made. I now get about 4-5 little chunks of mango in everything I order. The rest is liquid or sago. Oh and quality/taste and portion size have both gone down. It’s been like this the last 4 times I’ve been here this year so I likely won’t be back. I’d rather just spend money to buy a whole mango. I hope you guys do better so I can try again someday.
