The 2 young men working there on the Pokémon night on Nov 20th were absolutely amazing. They took so much time with my kids explaining things and giving great feedback on what would be the best purchases for my kids. At the end one of the guys gave my kids a couple of their own cards for him to take home and made my boys night amazing. Thank you again for the amazing experience. Oh, and the food was great too :)

Great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff members. I went in hoping to pick up some illustration rares for my collection, and safe to say I was not disappointed. They had a large selection to choose from, and I was able to pick up all the cards I was looking for. As I was paying for my cards, I had a nice conversation with two of the people working. You can tell that the workers here are super passionate about what they do. Swirl is an amazing store and I will definitely be returning again 😁👍

This cafe is Edmonton’s new best hang out spot. They have the best drinks and tasty food. The staff are amazing and the people that frequent are friendly and kind. Come hang out here and learn to play Lorcana, Pokemon, etc.

I had a great time at swirl. Came in for a coffee and found out about their amazing selection of cards! Found some cards I loved had an amazing coffee and was served with smiles and happy vibes. Will come back again. Thanks guys ✊️
I brought my son here because his really into Pokémon and I thought it would be a fun little afternoon together. Me and my son had a great time. But the staff looked overwhelmed while the owners just sat behind the counter opening Pokémon cards like it was their own personal hobby time. We didn’t appreciate the swearing and It felt awkward watching that while the employee was rushing around trying to keep up. After 5 minutes one of them did come up and help but seemed lost. Hopefully they can learn to take care of there staff and focus a bit more on their customers.

We absolutely love Swirl! It’s such a fun and vibrant place for children — there’s always something exciting to explore. From the moment you walk in, it’s a visual treat with so much to see and do. The scavenger hunt is a brilliant touch — it keeps the kids engaged and adds a playful sense of adventure to the visit.
If your little ones are into Pokémon, this place is a dream come true. There are tons of Pokémon toys, cards, and collectibles that had my kids buzzing with excitement. It’s like stepping into a mini Pokémon paradise!
The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are friendly, and it’s clear that Swirl was designed with kids in mind. My children always leave with huge smiles and ask when we’re coming back. Highly recommend for a fun family outing!

I love the cafe as i just learned about it recently so i jad to check it out, the staff are amazingly friendly and its always welcoming with my inner kid coming out. The only thing dissapointing was the 2 times i got drinks the first time i got a hot tea and the cup lid popped off when i went to grab it burning myself and spilling all over my truck before i got to taste it from the cup and lid being cheap, need to buy better cups and lips. And the second time i got a cold tea and the exact same thing happened when i went to pick it and the cup was different from the coffee cup and it was cheap and spilled me drink for the second time before tasting it all over me and my truck right after i cleaned up the last spill.... it was frustrating not being able to taste either drink. Not the staffs fault just cheap cups and lids. Spend a couple dollars and get some proper cups. I came for the drinks and the people but no point coming in getting a drink if i cant even drink them...
