Love the gluten free chicken and sauce. Service was very accommodating. No dessert for me as there wasn't anything I could eat. Not even ice cream and the floors were very sticky on the way to the washroom.

Tried three times to order take-out at this location for two full size dinners w/ sides, but the Swiss Chalet Call Center dropped/disconnected our phone calls twice and never placed our order. Contacted Swiss Chalet Customer Service for an explanation, but although they logged our calls they take no responsibility for the deficiencies and inadequacies of their Call Center. With this incredibly poor level of customer service, why would anyone ever order from Swiss Chalet again when every grocery store nearby sells hot-to-go rotisserie chicken just as good for significantly less $? An excellent way to lose business and customers.

I’m hoping we just caught them on a bad day. The floors were sticky, the fried foods were seconds shy of burnt, the service was slow, the cold drinks were lukewarm, and the water pitcher was either not properly cleaned or older than Adam.I expect much more from Swiss Chalet and I have been to much better locations in this chain.I am giving two stars because I have seen worse restaurants and we didn’t get sick.

Always a good time when visiting Swiss Chalet. As this was my first time visiting this location, I'll need to return for sure as the service was amazing.Had the pleasure of being waited on by Ani who was so wonderful. She was truly appreciative of our business and catered to our every whim. Just wow!If you're looking for good value, great food and a friendly environment, this is a place one should visit!
Parking: More than sufficient areas to park.

Wings taste fine, the rotisserie chicken is bland. The poutine taste salty with very little cheese. Mashed potato is below average. I don't like the soup at all. The server is good. Overall it is just an average experience.

The food is good but service is poor. The waitress served food like they are not interested and don’t even like to smile let alone make conversation. When I was paying she was standing on my head and staring how much tip i will give. Not going again.

We asked to order a full chicken on the side on top.of our other dine-in orders but they said that they don't sell whole chicken for dine in but only for take out which is ridiculous... instead they want us to buy 2 half chicken dinners extra to get a full chicken. so we asked why are we allowed to buy it to go but not dine in "it's cheap because it is meant to be eaten at home with your own plates and utensils" like we have plates and utensils here in dine in because we all ordered dinner menus.why is everytime we go here, we are being serve by a rude server?no wonder this location has really bad rating...we wanted to change restaurant but didn't have enough time because one of us has to go work soon...safe to say that my family is never going back at this location again.
This used to be my favorite swiss chalet. During my payment/scene card time she did everything for me and took the card out of my hand to tap it, first off i don't have tap and secondly that's my personal property and thirdly she was watching over my shoulder during everything including tip! I was trying to make small talk, hoping she would walk away. But she asked how much i wanted to tip and continued to breathe over me and watch my every move. Safe to say i was disappointed.

When I arrived, the dining area was cold enough to question my jacket on or off. I chose off and was uncomfortable. The server was friendly and attentive we were seated within minutes. On ordering the store was out of white meat for the quarter chicken which was a great disappointment. The food was tasty that came other than the dark meat issue but was fast. I also had the festive beef dinner and enjoyed it. Cheese cake was delicious ?. The owner replied when I didn't elaborate on my star only review so I decided to allow the owner to see where improvement was needed and what was not.

Honestly waited for around 10 minutes just for someone to seat us on a night where there we only 2 dinners in the dining room., so we left and had a great night at Montana's across the way.EDIT: Heard back from the owner and had a talk with him. He explained the situation and I appreciate him reaching out. Will give this location a 2nd chance.

When we dine at any swiss chalet our fur baby is always with us, so we order a piece of chicken for him which we bring out to him when we are done. The last time we were there we noticed after we left they charged $12.00!Today when we were near there we stopped in again,and my Husband explained to the manager what we were charged and they said "yes that's the price and we can't change it" My Husband explained that the one in Sherwood Park only charges half that. The manager ( who btw is not friendly) had no explanation why.So Hubby just saved some chicken for our dog I only ordered soup and there was no tip given. What was a $100.00 meal 2 weeks ago was $46.00 today and needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment. From now on we will travel the distance to sherwood park where the service, friendliness, and prices are 90% better than we recieved at this establishment!
