We came in as a large group of about 20 people, and even though we were many, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond what you’d expect from a fast food restaurant. Some of us ordered Harvey’s, some ordered Swiss Chalet, and all of the food came out quickly, hot, and without any issues.
Thank you to the staff for making us feel so cared for, and a special shout-out to Al, who stayed calm, cheerful, and so patient the entire time. We truly appreciate the effort, especially knowing that ringing up 20 orders in one go while still serving other patrons is not an easy feat.

Festive Feast is our holiday tradition and it never disappoints. It is packed with extra goodies such as stuffing, chocolates and scratch cards. Every scratch ticket is a winner such a great value. Such a friendly staff which is such a pleasure to experience. Great environment cheerful, great food and clean restaurant. Give Swiss Chalet a try or return soon.

I am sure the food would be okay if this location used a delivery service that actually delivered the food.
Just know that a food voucher that can only be used in store is not a suitable remedy to food being delivered to the wrong address.

This owner/Manager (not sure) is amazing! Service here was wonderful! The only reason for a 4 star for the food was the ribs were a little overcooked in some spots. The gentleman came to our table to ask how we are doing! Thanknyou

We’re visiting Edmonton for the weekend for work. It’s become a tradition we eat at a Swiss Chalet on our first night. We looked up to find the closest location and found this one. What we didn’t know it’s only a partial Swiss Chalet as it’s split with Harvey’s. What’s annoying when I was looking for allocation nothing online stated it’s split. Even the online photo only shows a Swiss Chalet. I’ve attached a picture of what it really looks like. Also because it’s shared it has a very limited menu.
My colleague ordered a 1/4 chicken with baked potato. As you can see the wing was burnt. My other colleagues ordered the spring rolls. When arrived they looked like something from a frozen appetizer nothing like the Swiss chalet spring rolls as you can see from my photo. They were gross and not eaten. The staff stated they come from the freezer and not made onsite, which the menu says they are made fresh at the store.
The staff were friendly but busy and tables were needing attention.
I’m all for the shared use but be upfront. Let the customer know you have a limited menu. If you are looking for will service and full menu, avoid this location.
The food is always great. However, they forgot my perogies, and I got food poisoning. I call the restaurant and was told the manager would get back to me. That NEVER happened.

This was a rather unique pairing of Harvey's and Swiss Chalet under one roof and I haven't encountered that before. I was there around 2:00 p.m. on a Wednesday. I ordered a chicken dinner from Swiss Chalet and a milkshake from Harvey's. You can order from either one or both and pay for it easily at one till. The service was fast and my order was correct when I received it. Both staff members who served me were smiling, helpful, and friendly. It is in a busy location and parking was a bit difficult, but not bad enough to deter me from going there again. Based on my experience, I would recommend this location.
