I got the half rack of ribs and they tasted like they were made a week ago, sat on the counter and microwaved with bbq sauce. It was like beef jerky with bones in it. And the roll was no better as I couldn't even eat the center The dressing was mush and gave me coleslaw instead of dipping sauce. I have never called to complain but I did and I got $5 off my next order.

We visit this location on a regular basis as this food and service is always exceptional. Our server is always quick and attentive....it still amazes me that she will take your orders without writing them down and remember everything perfectly.
I ordered 2 dinners and it arrived with no fries. Also the coleslaw was different and did not taste good. I won’t be going to Swiss chalet anytime soon. Very disappointed.

Came here around 7:55pm on Sunday. The businesses front door states open until 9:30pm, by 8:22PM they were rushing us out as they close at "8:30pm"
I ordered the 1/3 ribs with the chicken breast and caeser salad.
The ribs were , warm - not quite hot .. the chicken was still cold in some spots and warm in others..
The salad was in the middle of my plate and half of it was on top of the ribs which was doused in sauce.. bbq sauce all over my salad..gross ..
When we got served our food the server dropped our food off to the table and she vanished.. didn't bother to check on us at any point .. until our meals were finished ..
I mentioned the cold chicken.. but because I had already eaten it. Cold... wasn't much she could do.. okay. Cool.. but you NEVER came back once LOL after serving the food.. ????
She gave me my soda. no cost ... pretty wild..
The lights in the parking lot are non existent..
Needless to say this location and the service is trash..
Stood there waiting to get seated cause no ones up front.. finally get a seat...get cold food .. arrived at 755pm and by 822pm they're rushing us out the door.. no wonder why my food was cold ?
Clearly they were short-staffed today. Waitress did the best she could under the circumstances. It was slow taking our order, delivering drinks and food. Food did arrive hot and was similar to what others ordered so, it is not clear why our orders took so long. We were sat prior to anyone else and the last to get food. All in all, it was not a horrible experience.

Chicken was overcooked and partially burnt. Fries were a soggy mess right from the go. And the mini donut I did try shattered when it hit the floor!

Terrible experience server was rude . Food was terrible and was told they didn't have any more chicken as they didn't want to cook any more . Gravy cold , fries cold , ribs terrible , . Nothing redeeming ablut thos location avoid at all costs

My mil called ahead to make reservations for 5:00 pm on the Sunday during Thanksgiving weekend because we were a large party. When we arrived just before our reservation the restaurant didn’t seem overly full but they were not ready for us at all but the waitress/ hostess quickly pulled together tables and told us to sit. From there our waitress took our drink order, however only half the table received any drinks until we were finally able to ask her again after our food was delivered if we could have the drinks we ordered. As the night went on it seemed they must have been understaffed, the booths behind us never got cleaned or filled the duration of our visit, our waitress seemed to be bussing, waiting and hosting she was spinning in circles. I feel like things would have gone smoother for her if she kept a note pad. She took 3 laps taking orders from our table. She was going a mile a minute and didn’t give us a chance to add a side, or drink, a few of us were missing coleslaw from our dishes and when I asked she only brought out one which was just off of frozen, the children’s meal came with more fries than the full size rib sandwich. Our table was sticky, the bathroom floor was sticky. Honestly I felt bad for our waitress, she looked exhausted and at the end of our visit kept apologizing. Maybe they were short staffed but honestly the last time we’re were in several years ago the experience was similar so I won’t be back if I can help it
