The food was good! Hot, fast to come to the table.There was only 1 waitress. She had probably about 10 tables. She was working very hard. And people kept coming in. Had to take orders, run drinks, and take money.Whoever is the manager/supervisor should be ashamed of themselves. Leaving her to work alone. For what!?! Minimum wage? And for people to be jerks to her.Swiss Chalet is lucky to have her.

This is the second time this week, this location on 50th Street and 137 Avenue. They ran out of chicken again, so damn disorganized. They have a two Quarter chicken dinners for $19.95. So damn frustrating.
Good service, and the restaurant provides food takeout and delivery. The French fries, taste, and textures are not tasty, and the bread buns are hard and are difficult to chew. Absolutely an utterly disappointed with the food, never been to a red lobster an quite frankly, the hype isn't even close .The price is outrageous, and the quality & quantity are lack luster..Can't believe people actually think it's worth it
