The worst restaurant in Canadian because I asked them for plastic fork and they charged me one dollar How crazy is that and when I asked the employee why is plastic fork cost one dollar she said that’s our policy at Swiss chalet not only that also she told you will learn your lesson ,of course I learn my lesson not coming back there or never place orders from Swiss chalet?.

I went to the walk up take out counter to pick up dinner after work on a Tuesday. The staff were very friendly, the chicken was good and not too overcooked, and the Swiss Chalet spice french fries were novel and tasty.

Ordered a kale chicken Cesar salad to go through the drive through. Came with no chicken and no utensils or napkins. Just a plastic tray of romaine salad. Completely unacceptable! Wont eat here again.

Ordered food from them after a day spent in the hospital. Called them the next day because they messed up our order and most of the food was inedible. They do not care to make it right. Horrible customer service and terrible food. If i could give them a 0 i would.
