We’ve been ordering synergy for well over a year now and I love their meal prep service! So worth the money and so easy that it’s delivered every Sunday and I don’t have to worry about cooking. The cost is much more effective than other big chain meal prep services and bonus you don’t have to cook. My husband and I haven’t been disappointed with an order yet!

Received my first order this afternoon and was very impressed. The portion sizes are bigger than I thought they would be and the selection is great. Had the bulgolgi bowl as my first meal and it was fantastic! Can't wait to try the rest of them. Affordable and amazing...will order again.
