If I could give 0 stars I would, let me start off by saying MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!! This is the ONLY location that I’ve been to where everytime we go the order is either A.) Incorrect or B.) they try and overcharge..
simply asked for two bean and cheese burritos and ended up getting their 7 layered burrito one time and the other I just got a beef burritos.. so point being only go here if u wanna be scammed, overcharged and given the wrong food :)
Plus they don’t seem to understand English so that’s a plus eh?

TWICE I have ordered thru skip and this restaraunt sets the order pick up for 2 hours later than the call.... twice I have shot my lunch break waiting for an order that will not come........ don't order here unless you don't want your order to ever arrive....

For a 8 dollar item this food looks like it was made by an 8 year old lol pretty disappointed.. ordered from here cause i saw someone order it and theirs looks really good but was this was quite disappointing

By far the worst service ever I waited 5 min at the drive thru no body acknowledge that I was even there, went around parked went inside and nobody had the audacity to take my order so I left. Never in my life ever such rude service

Truly the worst experience and service. Ordered doordash, nacho fries, 2 sets of cheesy dipping burritos. What arrived was regular fries with no seasoning, 2 burritos were missing and the two remaining had absolutely no cheese on them. I called in, they told me they were out of nacho seasoning and would replace the meal but I have to go pick the food up. I did on another day and again they gave me regular fries with no seasoning and said they were all out of nacho seasoning again! This time they put the cheese on the burritos but they put them on the side that was on the wrapping rather then the upside. So when I removed the burritos all the cheese came out. I told them this and the lady refused to change it or add the cheese layer. Finally she returned with the burritos and all she did was sprinkle some cheese on top. Truly disgusted with this woman’s behaviour and the service. Shocked at how much they don’t even seem to care or how much they can mess up a simple order.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but damn. Bought three soft tacos and a drink $17 and some change. It is criminal how little they put in them. Their website claims to have 190 calories per taco, doubt there was 190 between all three
Ordered delivery from 15 minutes away, a one person meal. Took nearly an hour for them to get it prepared. Tried calling the restaurant to ask them what the problem was and got no answer. After me waiting an hour and twenty minutes they gave me a bucket of popcorn chicken and some stale French fries. The disrespect and anger I felt in my soul.

Had to go up to the window cause no one was taking my order or answering at the machine, I had a uber order for pickup that was placed about an hour ago, when they talked to me at the window they told me 5 more minutes, I’m just irritated on how it takes 45 minutes for a dead tacobell to make 2 meals…. Super annoyed and disappointed
