My 1Millionth time coming here on my lunch break, I’ll never stop i swear. The service is great, especially Ravneet. Everytime he serves me he is always super sweet and smiling. The staff here is also super quick and efficient. I’m never EVER waiting more than 5-10 minutes for my food. It’s great. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I'm roasting this location today (July 15, 2025) because after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, I go the wrong food. The drink was wrong too, but I was able to catch it within the 20 minutes I was waiting for my food. When they handed me my order, I checked my receipt and it was correct. Unfortunately I didn't peel my crunch wrap open to realize they used beef instead of steak. If you don't like your job quit. Let someone else have it who is actually going to do it properly. The lady on the speaker was rude and the wrong food was cold by the time I got it. I stopped going there a long time ago because this seems to be pretty regular occurrence. Apparently, things haven't improved in the last 6 months. I will not be back, and I strongly urge anyone who reads this to give your money to someone else who deserves it. I guess I burned myself by imagining it wouldn't be the same bad experience.

Sunday July 6th the girl working at the drive thru needs to be fired the attitude that came out of her mouth to customers was not human . How are we keeping these types of people employed. Her words to me what do you want ? Like are you serious I asked if she was okay and if she’s having a problem and was met again with what do you want? Like food I want to order food don’t make someone feel like I’m an inconvenience trying to order. I left the drive thru didn’t spend a dollar and drove to Calgary trail. You will never catch me in this location if this is who they are hiring to handle customers
Taco Bell is Taco Bell right? This one has great staff who provide great service, have a good attitude and sense of humour which I appreciate!

Absolutely disgusting!! I came here in the evening with my kids and not a single table was clean. I had to ask them to clean them off, the guy working just seemed annoyed when I asked and proceeded to use some cold dirty water bucket that was sitting on the counter. I was watching the girl prepare my order, although she was wearing gloves, she was touching absolutely everything and never changed her gloves the whole 15mins we were there. Then I watched the other girl, who was wearing no gloves, grab chicken poppins with her bare hands as she was preparing the order for the drive thru. I called her out, loudly saying that was disgusting, she looked at me, continued to place the chicken in the bag and then hid in the back. The other employees didn’t seem to care either and proceeded to give that order to whoever was in the drive thru.

I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch wrap, with no lettuce but it came with lettuce - not the end of the world. What was most disappointing was it tasted like it had been sitting out all day. The hard shell was stale, and the gordita wrap was hard. For $10 a taco I would expect more. The quality of food at this location is not good, I've given them a chance a couple times but I won't be back.
