Location is decent, but Taco Bell is insane for charging me 30 bucks for 3 small items and I’m still hungry. This is why Taco Bell is a dying company, how can you charge 10 bucks each for a tortilla with watered down cheez-whiz and 10 pieces of ground beef sprinkled in it.

The prices for many items are inflated compared to the other taco bells in the city. They charge almost double the price for popular items, which is why you cant order online from the app. check it for your selves. boycott this taco bell and any other that inflate prices for food that should be dirt cheap. Dont go there, save your money.

dont go here if you want anything on the menu or decent service, they are always out of anything i try to order and the workers act like it’s inconvenience when you ask a question about an item. they will substitute ingredients without mentioning anything which is SO DANGEROUS for people with allergies. worst location in the city

Amazing experience! We ordered over UberEats and the driver forgot half of the order. This Taco Bell went out of their way to drive us what was missing and even threw in 2 items for our inconvenience! Amazing customer service! The guy that drove it to us was so polite, super friendly, and they definitely went above and beyond for someone else's mistake. 10/10 amazing experience because of them. Thank you!

I normally don't really leave reviews but honestly, I highly recommend that you DO NOT come here or order online from here. Unless you want your food to be the lowest quality and items to be missing. I've made the mistake of giving this place too many chances, only to be served garbage food and service every time. This location honestly should be closed or the owner really needs to take a look at all of these comments and make some serious changes.

and god forbid they tell the truth on the schedule, they’re open 10:30am-11pm by every metric that matters (drive-thru, walk-in, online order) so why does it still say “open 24 hours”?

If I could give negative stars I would. I placed a mobile order here on the Taco Bell app. Immediately after placing my order, it changed the location to Calgary trail. I instantly called them. They told me that they wouldn’t do anything about it and that it was the other stores problem, and that I have to drive across Edmonton to come get it at the other store. I said I didn’t want to drive across Edmonton on my Saturday evening, they interrupted me and raised their voice at me and told me to cancel the order and that I’d get a refund, I told them their was no option to cancel, they told me to call other store and they would cancel it. They did not cancel it. They told me that it was this stores problem. And now I feel like I’ve wasted $20.

The level of incompetence 🤦‍♂️, served me a frozen chalupa patty. Literally crumbled apart out of the wrapper, like disintegrated in my hands. Kids just laughed at it. And was frozen near solid, so I ate the filling with a fork off the wrapper through our the frisbee it was served on. Constant incorrect orders. But what can you expect... Been to several throughout the city. This is closest to home. But by far this is the worst overall. The rest throughout the city. Not bad. Love the food so I'll always come back. Just gonna skip this location after repeated mistakes. Not small mistakes. But several constant wrong orders. Don't change anything in the meal or tacos and you'll be okay for the most part. But if you wanna pay extra for a special order or change something slightly from fries to a nachos and cheese, these are always neglected. But again it's junk fast food so...🤷‍♂️
