Service was good but wow was the food bad. Came late in the evening, rice in burrito was hard, crunchy and tasted very old. Whole burrito tasted off. Crunch wrap supreme had no supreme to it, almost no filling. Zero cheese sauce and sour crème. Lettuce, tortilla and wrap basically. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had, first time at this location.

This evening I watched the female employee making tacos closest to the drive thru make my food with dirty gloves she never changed after texting on her phone Harding above the food station, rubbing her shirt and bagging other food going to the drive thru till and picking in orders with the sane gloves on. My order also took 10 min to get and they threw all the food into one small bag which didn’t fit 2 box meals. There was only one fry spilled sideways in the bag with no cheese sauces. I asked for it to be re bagged which took them another 5 minutes.

I was extremely impressed by how well this location did with an extremely unruly customer. They didn’t cave to his demands, and stood their grounds. It made my food extra satisfying, especially while watching him give up.

Got a hair in my fries supreme:( mid length and black with a little curl to it (I’m very blonde for reference) disappointed as I’ve already eaten some of it and now I’m really turned off the food

DO NOT GO HERE. Every time I have ordered something from this Godawful Store, they always get my order wrong. After the third time this happened I called the manager, to which I got an incredibly rude response. As a Taco Bell lover, I am very disappointed. All I wanted was my nachos and a Baja Blast. Do better, Taco Bell.
Really terrible experiences over and over again, ordering a vegetarian burrito only to get a beef burrito no matter how clear you are when ordering. I stopped going as there is no point when you have to throw it out.

This is the worst and dirtiest restaurant I've been in. The tables were not cleaned had to ask someone to clean it and when I did they gave me the dirtiest look. Ice machine was broken and the AC. The works just seemed annoyed about everything.

It was my first time to visit taco bell, as my friends recommended me that the food over there is very well. No doubt the staff was very polite and the food was good as well, but the environment was literally messed up, i thought i would enjoy my meal, but-but the atmosphere was too much hot that i was not able to enjoy my time, i was sweating all the time i spent in the restaurant. I would like to request the manager to please provide the air-conditioning for the customers, rest of the things were pretty good. I would really appreciate it. Thanks :)
