Customer service was lacking, the location was not busy, and staff were talking among each other, and my order took almost 15 minutes to get together for 2 tacos and a beverage. Tried to ask what the delay was, and I was ignored.

They skipped out on toppings, all the food had barely any toppings, the staff didn't care, wouldn't bring a manager in, and then accused me for ripping them off. Never again. -10/10. Worst fast food experience

The Dorito taco shells were stale; the fries supreme was missing the pico and barely had any toppings so most of the fries were dry; and it took 17 minutes even though no one was in line or inside when I got there, nor was anyone leaving, as in they hadn't had a customer in at least a couple minutes. Pretty frustrating to pay what you would for a meal at a sit down restaurant and spend 17 minutes waiting for the worst fast food ever. Friendly employees, to add something positive.

Was told my 2 big crunch combos would take 7 minutes. They made me wait at the window for 13 minutes and then told me to park out front, where I waited for 20 minutes. Finally got my food, fries are ice cold. Honestly this is by far the worst KFC I've ever been to in my life. Terrible service, terrible food. I would Honestly give zero stars if I could. Management and ownership should be EMBARRASSED. I wouldn't recommend anything from this location, unless you like long wait times and cold food. Used the washroom, it was DISGUSTING. There was garbage all over the floor, full garbage and an UNBEARABLE smell. There is literally dirt and grass all over the floor. I'm going to make a call to Alberta health and safety. This place should be condemned and management should be fired.#DoBetter#Disgusted

Ridiculous amount of money for very sub par fast food. I ordered a Supreme crunch wrap that was 95% wrap and 5% filling. The food was almost cold when served.
To bag tacos fall apart so easy & are expensive Now I think they should Not be more then $2$ for the basic Taco.Vegetarian options: Can have just salid stuff TacoParking: 3 of 4 sides parkingKid-friendliness: Lots of space for every one to playWheelchair accessibility: Cement ramps automatic doors good also
