This place falls below standards. There very little parking by the restaurant. The kitchen is a mess with a half a dozen empty boxes lying on the floor. Tables inside were filthy and two tacos took more than 15 minutes to make. Do not recommend. Mostly a depot of food delivery services.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disgusting Experience at Taco Bell
Absolutely horrible experience. The employee actually sneezed right near my order — completely unacceptable and disgusting! There was no apology or care about hygiene at all. The woman working at night was rude and unprofessional, making the whole experience even worse. I’ll never come back to this location again. They seriously need to retrain their staff and improve cleanliness immediately.

Update- this location is still the best Taco Bell that exists in the city!

I have been here quite a few times now, it’s great food with superb service !This time I stopped by right before closing time, and the staff were still super friendly and energetic. They didn't rush me or make me feel like I was a burden, even though they were probably ready to go home. The food was delicious, as always.5 stars and a big thumbs up from me!

I used to love Taco Bell, but my recent visit to this specific location was a significant letdown. Unfortunately, the quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience have all gone downhill.
​To start, there's virtually no parking available. This forced my buddy and me to park at the neighboring Arby's and walk over. By the end of it all, we wished we had just eaten at Arby's instead.
​The service was incredibly slow. It seemed like they were prioritizing DoorDash orders over in-restaurant customers. We waited over 45 minutes for a Value Box meal and a Chicken Box meal. When we finally got our food, the portion sizes seemed to have shrunk, and the quality just wasn't there anymore. I understand that it's fast food, but this location truly missed the mark.
​The staff's attitude was just as disappointing. They were openly argumentative with customers who had issues. We witnessed two separate arguments break out over something as simple as asking for extra sauce.
​I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. You'd be better off going to Taco Time or Mucho Burrito.

I had visited the drive through one month prior and ordered fries supreme no sour cream with my Gordita Crunch combos, got home and they had given dry nachos instead of the fries supreme? I called them and they took my phone number and told me the next visit they would comp two fries supreme. I went back there 3 days ago and explained what happened to the girl in the drive through window as I was ordering another Gordian combo, and she looked at me like I was on Mars. She did nothing and didn't even check on the screw up from my prior visit?? I will not be back here as I find they really don't care if they screw up your order. My advice for this location is to check your order carefully prior to leaving the pick up window in the drive through.

It's Taco Bell.. you have to expect QSR quality food (and pricing is on par). But I do still really like their Nacho Fries Supreme (fries with 'cheezewiz' and 'stuff').. it's A-ok!

Frustrating ordering experience, Multiple corrections while trying to order, order was still wrong. Also half of the menu disappeared when you start ordered so plan ahead if you don’t know what to get!

If you're going to ask how many sauces and put it on the receipt, how about putting them in the bag? Used to love Taco Bell, then all the ones near me closed so I haven't had it in a while. New one opened, prices are crazy, might as well go to five guys instead. Tacos seem to have even less meat, fries supreme sure looks tiny. The only thing huge is the pop and the price tag. Still tastes the same but now I can get something better for equal money... bummer. Sure, labour, taxes and inflation is eating the profits, but if you have to go nuts on prices, how about providing more food?
