You all need proper training on how to make food properly. It's not that complicated. I ordered two supreme crunch wraps zero beef order, two fry supremes zero beef, like, come on, guys, a kindergartner, can get this right . 🙄

When I order Taco Bell, I’m not excepting a gourmet experience but I do expect my “crunchy” tacos to not be stale, soggy and inedible and I also expect that guacamole will not get confused with pico. I also requested hot sauce repeatedly and nothing was given. It’s not brain surgery and it’s disappointing.

Ok food, good staff, but nothing above avarage.
The parking lot is a joke, 2 parking stalls are available... unless you want to park at one of the other businesses in the area...
Ok for a drive thru location

First of all Taco Bell didn’t let us leave a review on Uber so we had to come here and leave a review. Second of all they got the order wrong, we ordered an orange juice instead came an apple juice. Third the food was freezing cold. Our tacos were supposed to be crunchy and they were SOFT!!! The sauce was extremely watery and spilt every where. The fries were cold and it was giving just put the fries in the bag bro.?? It took forever for the food to get here and it wasn’t even good. The only thing that was good was the baja blast. The cinnamon balls were freezing cold up to the point that they were ice balls. It was horrible. Never ordering here again.

We thought lunch might be nice. We got a snack instead.
The Chicken quesadilla combo is tasty but small, with the thinnest quesadilla I've ever seen, extra ice in no ice drink order, and skimpy fries.
The Chipotle chicken melt was the biggest disappointment with almost no filling, only one small cube of chicken in it, and it was about the size of four french fries in diameter. Nothing like what the menu and website shows of course, and almost $4 for that one item.
The damage came to about $17 including taxes and the extra cost of the bag.
Not worth it.

Parking: Difficult to get in to from main road and more difficult to get out and back onto main road.
No parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: I don't know about inside being safe or friendly, but outside offers many opportunities for a child to get hit by a car.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's not handicapped accessible unless you can grab the one handicapped parking space.

I think there's a reason you just don't see many Taco bells around anymore. It's not disgusting, but it's just really not that good.

I recently visited the Taco Bell at Gateway Blvd, and overall, it was a decent experience with some notable highs and lows. The restaurant itself was clean, which is always a plus and makes for a comfortable dining environment. The food was okay—nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done if you’re craving that Taco Bell flavor. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the burrito size has shrunk compared to what I remember from past visits. It’s a bit disappointing to see smaller portions, especially for the price.Parking was another downside. With only four spaces available, it’s a hassle if you’re driving, especially during peak hours. You might end up circling or parking farther away, which isn’t ideal. All in all, it’s a fine stop if you’re in the mood for fast food and don’t mind the smaller burritos or limited parking. I’d give it a 3 out of 5—could be better, could be worse.
