I’ve never had a problem with this location until 2 weeks ago when we went through the drive thru on burrito Thursday and I was treated the worst ever at a restaurant. I ordered 2 large and 2 regular burritos and when I got to the window I paid but then realized on the receipt that the young man employee overcharged me and when I tried explaining to him that the 2nd burritos are half price he didn’t understand that the second large and second regular are both half price…he just refused to believe he was at fault and then shut the window on me! I then decided to let it go and the next Thursday I went again and it was the same employee and again tried to overcharge, my husband spoke a few obscenities and we left. Too bad because this is the closest tacotime to me. So disappointed.

Service could be a little more friendly but not a huge deal! Overall pretty clean other than a sticky floor by the pop. The food though, wasn't the greatest. When charging that much, you would expect it to be warm and consistent. On top of both being completely cold even after microwaving, my burrito had a ton of meat and my husbands was very little. Meat was quite dry as well. This was unfortunate because we came from St.Albert and was hoping it would have been comparable to the one we used to have.

Generally the food is pretty good. We have notice lately that thet have been shorting the meat in the tacos and watering down the hot sauce.

I waisted my money. Burritos were not good, the wrap was like a raw dough.
I have never seen such a miserable group of people. The girls were sooooo rude and I got a taste of their sour faces in my meal. Go somewhere else.
