Only go to this location if you have time to waste. They are extremely slow. We were waiting in line at the drive through, I had time to leave the car and walk over to the gas station a block away and return, then continue to wait before we got our food. Was not busy either. Had one car infront of us and one behind.

Horrible, ever since you had the buy 1 burrito you get half off I always bought 2 large burritos so about two $10 burritos for $15, today I’m watching my gf’s kids so I also got 2 small crisp beef burritos for about $5 and they took 50% off both small burritos, and I pad full price on both large, and I didn’t notice till I looked at the receipt when I got home, what a hustle, never eating here again, Taco Bell will now get my service.

First Time trying this place.. its ok.. its like a no frills taco bell. light on decor and kind of dark. The food was ok and staff here is good.. They also have a drivethrough.

I gave my order this morning at about 10:45. I told the lady 3 times I wanted a meal with a rootbeer. I also tried joking with her to break the wice because she was quite cold and lacked any sort of personality whatsoever. The joke went rightocer her head not once but twice.
Then I get to the window. She could barley be bothered to put the debit machine outside the window of the restaurant I had to leave shoulder out of my vehicle to scan my card because she was more preoccupied with taking the next order then reaching the machine on a stick to me.
Then she finally hands me my food and I asked for my drink. She says I didn't charge you for a drink you didn't ask and I was like girl I literally asked for a rootbeer 3 times when ordering because you couldn't understand me I had to keep repeating my order. She then scoffs at me and says something with a disgusted look on her face in what I believe is Filipino to somebody else in the restaurant and then hands me my drink and then I said thank you. Can I please have some hot sauce and she says there's hot sauce in the bag. There was no hot sauce in the bag. Honestly, I just avoid this place. This was such an unnecessary situation by somebody who has literally zero customer service skills whatsoever. I'd buy from Subway from now on.

The mexi-fries looked and tasted like they were cooked in oil that hasn't been changed in a long time. The soft beef tacos I had were microwaved with soggy nuked lettuce and insanely hot. Threw half of them in the trash. Dunno why there are Tacotimes out there that need to microwave Tacos...quit microwaving! Not needed if the meat is hot or freaking do it before you put the damn veggies on them or something.

You can't go wrong with a taco salad! It was delicious! Friendly, helpful staff and reasonable prices. I'd definitely recommend Taco Time when you need a quick, fresh lunch or dinner.
Was there 5 mins ago was greeted with a dirty look. Sept 7 2025. Never giving them my business. Work on smiling guys. It works a lot better.

I’ve never had a problem with this location until 2 weeks ago when we went through the drive thru on burrito Thursday and I was treated the worst ever at a restaurant. I ordered 2 large and 2 regular burritos and when I got to the window I paid but then realized on the receipt that the young man employee overcharged me and when I tried explaining to him that the 2nd burritos are half price he didn’t understand that the second large and second regular are both half price…he just refused to believe he was at fault and then shut the window on me! I then decided to let it go and the next Thursday I went again and it was the same employee and again tried to overcharge, my husband spoke a few obscenities and we left. Too bad because this is the closest tacotime to me. So disappointed.
