FOOD POISONING!!!! This place is disgusting on every level. Avoid at all costs. Im calling the health department on them to report them because their food was not up to health standards and now im EXTREMELY SICK!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!

This is a bad location. Taco time is usually pretty good but this 3/3 bad meal for me since moving to this area of town. I don't think the worker really cares about what she is doing. Maybe she is not sure what the food is supposed to look like or taste like. Who knows.

Got a burrito here. Absolutely disgusting. Had no flavor, nor did the hot sause. The hot sauce sue to be my favorite thenk, however its tastes bland. They also go e you the smallest containers. A little tiny container is not going for very far

Worst taco I’ve seen. I normally like taco time but was very disappointed. I also odered Felix mexi fries and got a tiny crappy bag of just mex fries no delux. Total let down. Don’t waste your time or money here anymore.

The taco and cruncho was so tasteless. The bread had more flavor than the meat yet it was so bland I literally threw away the other half of the taco. $4 for that tasteless stuff. It's either season your food better or you lower the price.

I don't usually order from here but was craving the mexifries. I ordered the Mexican fries with beef and sour cream. UNFORTUNATELY this was horrible, the fries were refried and likely leftovers from yesterday or a week ago? They had a putrid taste I ate 2. A friend had one and had to purchase a drink elsewhere to get the horrible taste out if their mouth. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. Won't be ordering anything from here again.

please staff your employees better on busy days. I came by here today (Saturday, October 4) some time after lunch (1 PM?), and noticed there were only two people working. one was preparing food while the other person took orders and also helped prepare food. I cannot express enough how frustrating it was to be held up from making an order because that one worker barely had time to take peoples' orders. eventually I couldn't stand waiting anymore so I just left. but I also feel for the workers because this is exactly the sort of thing that leads to stress & burnout.
do better and I won't be back if nothing improves.

Unfortunately this the slowest fast food I've experienced in a long time. I also asked for a container of hot sauce to go and was told I couldn't get any because it has to be made. Rather than making me some , it ended there. It took almost 20 minutes to get out order. Extremely disappointed and won't be eating here again.

Gloves were not changed at all. Making food taking orders an money going back to make people food is gross. Never again will I eat here. Can’t get an order right 3 people correcting their orders

went to the mall, and the unprofessionalism in Taco Time is crazy. Because there was this old lady at the cashier, must be more than 50 of age, and she kept talking on the phone for at least 5 minutes. And while I went up to order for the food, she was on the call still, and she asked me to wait. And obviously I waited, and I ordered. This happened around 6pm on 20th i think Thursday, and the lady just kept talking and talking on her phone, during work. i ordered fries and when i touched the oil it was literally black i could see the black oil residue in my fingers and you know if you stand in a particular position you can see the fryer and the oil, the oil is literally black as if it's not been changed for like i don't know two weeks or something. Such unprofessionalism in this field
