The manager, staff and customers are so lovely! Our 80- year old father accidentally left his wallet here after eating lunch. A wonderful, honest and highly ethical male customer found the wallet and turned it in. I cried with gratitude and relief to find the fully-intact wallet as replacing all of his important cards would’ve been a massively challenging task. Thank you dear, dear, people; a reminder that there is good in our world and ethics and principles prevail! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I gave zero stars for atmosphere & service.
1st: absolutely NO HEAT in bathroom!!! 2nd: the male employee in the black shirt has ZERO customer service skills!!! He should not work with the public or people. Barely acknowledged me or spoke to me when taking my order and giving me my food & beverage at the counter.

So good! ive only been to southside locations lately where its all tfws so everything has a unwashed hand taste. First time in ages i got real sauce, not just thimbles of red colored watery stuff in mystery containers, i forgot what the real sauce tastes like. Super friendly staff who spoke perfect english, I'm only going to come here for taco time from now on.

I've driven by this taco time for years and never once went in. The building looks rough and I've kept away. Recently I decided to check it out and in glad I did.
The inside definitely isnt better than the outside but the staff were nice and the food was good.
The tacos and tater tots I had were good.
I got 3 tacos fries delux (tots with sour cream and cheese) and drink all for $20.
Its not bad, especially as the quality of the tacos was far better than taco bell. However the tots deluxe dont compare to fries supreme at taco bell. However tacos way better here, more filling in the tacos and better taste.
Going forward I will definitely try Taco Time again. Dont let the run down look keep you away.

Got a beef burrito. Used to be called the Soft Taco. These guys don’t understand, you have to put the tortilla in the skillet for a bit to harden it slightly. We got the burrito in the uncooked tortilla and it completely falls apart. The rubbery tortilla can’t hold it’s shape. Awful.

My first time at this location. The customer service was mediocre, the staff spent the whole time talking in there language. Which I found very rude. Then I found a hair in my food which was disgusting!

Just sat in the drive theu with 4 other cars for over 10min. Supposed to be open until 930, it was 810 when I got in line. 2 different people were seen in the drive thru window, but couldnt have the common courtesy to even get on the speaker and say sorry we closed early?

I visited Taco Time Mayfield (around 3:00 p.m.) and witnessed something extremely concerning. While waiting for my food, I heard a loud gasp and bang — an elderly man nearby seemed unresponsive and struggling to breathe. Another customer said, “Oh, he’s snoring,” but it was clear something was wrong. I told the staff to call an ambulance, but they barely reacted and seemed more focused on serving food than helping.

On top of that, I was told there’s no customer washroom available, which is shocking for a dine-in restaurant. One of my food items was also wrong, and the overall quality was disappointing.

This location needs serious attention to basic safety, empathy, and service standards.

Service sucked, the guy seemed bored and disinterested, very unfriendly, taco salad bland. Cross this off place off my list. I love tacos but not from this place

Why do you guys ALWAYS have cold burritos?!???!! I come here a lot and usually the tacos are okay but not once have I got a warm burrito. Ugh.

Today, I asked them twice to heat it a little longer. And guess what?!?! It was still cold.

Also, I don’t understand why sometimes the staff are really nice and the. Sometimes really rude. So inconsistent.

Pleasant service. Gave us additional information on an item we were looking at and recommended another over the one that we inquired about. It was a very good recommendation. We enjoyed it immensely. Everything was well made nicely packaged, and good temperature. Thank you very much.

Bought a chicken taco and asked several times for mild sauce. Was told it was it in there and then dismissed when I asked again. There no mild sauce and it ruined the taco. Happy Thanksgiving
