Food was okay but you had to pay extra for salsa and cheese sauce. Staff not friendly almost rude. Bathroom needed attending even though you needed a key. Tables very sticky. Would not recommend eating there. Also very assertive homeless person harassing people in the parking lot myself included. Not returning.

While the food was ok it seems to me that I am increasingly getting less hamburger in my burritos but lots more tortillas shell. I’m ok with less meat but the shell was way too much for the small meat serving. Maybe give me an option to add more meat for a buck or two.

Had an Awesome Experience at this TacoTime location (Mayfield). The cashier was knowledgeable when I asked him the difference between the regular Taco salad and Crispy Burrito Bowl. He recommended the new item and acknowledged the small request I asked.

The staff are Friendly and knowledgeable. Speedy and accurate service! Great Job!

It took them 30 mins to make two soft tacos. Staff was too busy singing and looking at the wall. Horrible. Should have your business license revoked as the staff aren't dunning it anyways

Everyone giving this place negative reviews....it's a taco time ,you're not going there for quality or service. you're going for garbage tacos and these guys do it well. You know what you're getting. Stop acting like you're surprised the service sucks. Do you know what those people get paid? Sweet Eff all.

The burrito I order regularly, always varies in content. Lots of beans, and little lettuce and other ingredients. Or another time loads of sour cream, with less other items. Shouldn't I get consistently the same Burrito? It is a franchise, and everything should be standardized and I get the product I expect.

Staff are careless about the customers. I was waiting in the counter to place my order and the staff are chatting to each other and moving too slow like if they are forced to do the job. Improve your hospitality and customer service.

I have been a loyal customer of Taco Time , but this last order was Terrible I call and spoke with the manager who I couldn't understand at all. Because I placed the order on line call them like he couldn't careless about the meal. Thank Door Dash for the Credit. I won't return to this location anymore

Ordered online, showed up around 3 p.m and they had a Skip order in progress. I watched 4 drive though orders made then ours. From order time to me walking out with our food was 40 minutes. I only give service 2 stars because of the 2 ladies working, one was very friendly the other was making every item herself. 2 staff at 3 p.m on a weekend.

Been stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes now. Little excessive considering there was only 1 person ahead of us.

We stopped by for a late lunch after going to Activate nearby. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and bright. We sat at a long bench table in the middle of the restaurant and learned that it's made from recycled chopsticks. Thanks to the staff and manager for finishing off our day out in a high note.
