Taco Time has changed the ingredients and it's hot sauce and I'm gone from loving it to hating it. Yeah just because of this they have gone from a 4 star to a one star. I now make my own burritos at home and sauce just because of this and no longer get my business.

We ordered a significant amount of food. The meat had a scorched flavor as if the spices.Or the grill was old or burnt. The taco shells had a old cardboard flavor. Normally we visit the kingsway location which is very clean and fresh and the food always good. The mayfield location although very run down looking it also is dirty looking. When we made our concerns known to management they just denied and were not willing to even consider that they're food was not as fresh as they would like to think. I would strongly avoid this location. The looks of it alone is representative of the food Quality and taste. I would not normally tie the two together but in this case as I said the condition of restaurant is representative of the food quality And customer service.

Food was on par with other Taco Times but the location was not the greatest and not the cleanest. Promtional Signs hung up with electrical tape. Dirty bathrooma. Men's bathroom wasn't even available because someone took the key? And they didn't have an extra.The upside, Taco Tuesday is worth it . But I'd probably go to a different location.

Very very disappointed and feel ripped off! Ordered two large beef burritos and got two small burritos. I shouldn’t have bought the bag they put it in otherwise I would have seen what I was being given. $31 dollars is a lot of money for two small burritos and a drink.

This place stinks like it has never been cleaned and I will never eat from a taco time because they are just really bad with the preparation of the food and i even felt food was smelling wanky. If you are taking only drive through, please visit inside the store then you'll know what i am saying.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taco Time. Those nachos & Taco Salad, they were absolutely scrumptious! The chips were perfectly crispy, and they were generously topped with a mouthwatering blend of melted cheese, flavorful salsa, creamy guacamole, and tangy sour cream. They think that people don't speak their language. lol, I heard everything that was said. If you're going to claim to put extra meat into people's food, expect them to ask for it individually cupped. It is rude to speak poorly about your customers even in other languages.... still decent food, though, and I enjoyed the old-fashioned themes, that's why I went to begin with.
