Placed an online order via taco time website which restaurant did not deliver .
Kept telling me to contact DoorDash which I did not order through.
Called the restaurant to follow up and for a refund. Staff hung up the phone 3x on me, kept talking over me, no apology for the inconvenience.
Extremely unprofessional behaviour.

Such a horrible experience. Employee was incredibly rude on the drive thru speaker when I was having a hard time hearing them. Driver in front of us was incredibly frustrated as well and we waited 15 minutes for them to get their food and then for us to wait for ours. I explained again at the window that we could barely hear them on the speaker and the wait was really frustrating and they didn't say a word and just closed the window.
Once home the food was horrible. Soggy tacos and burritos with luke-warm mush they think resembles ground beef. The mexi fries were overcooked and hard as a rock drenched in sour cream and other toppings to mask it. And the churro was inedible due to it being overcooked.
Despite being 2 minutes from where I live I will never go back to this location again.

I’ve enjoyed Taco time for years. The soft meat and pinto burritos have been a favourite. Which leads me to my last two experiences in two different locations having had the same issue. I have ordered the soft meat burritos but both times have gotten soft tacos. They have not been wrapped up as burritos and that having lead to disappointing experiences. In this particular transaction their screen was down so seeing this had verbally checked with the server to ensure it was right. Anyhow we ended up getting tacos and shorted a side of Mexi fries. Nice lady though serving and even gave us some desert cinnamon chips for having waited.

I ordered the beef taco salad and it had this weird stale aftertaste that lingered after every bite. I didn’t want to risk anything so I threw it out after a few bites. However, the service was friendly and quick!

Was driving Sat evening saw a Taco Time we said let's go and get something to Eat We walked inn There was a Horrible smell inside the establishment and A Black garbage bag on the floor near the entrance we Left that Place no Business was done there by us and this is not how you Run a Taco Time This was very unprofessional and I hope the management will improve on this Place....

Me and my friend group decided to hang out and eat here and decided that this’ll be our spot almost every Tuesday if we got the money?the complimentary food I think they gave us after we bought our tacos was AWESOME SAUCE and the dude who was getting orders was very nice and patient with us‼️
