Place and counters were very dirty cashier waited around 5 mins doing other stuff before taking my order and you guys charge 75 cents for salsa at a taco place shame on you

The kind lady with glasses on the till, at noon November 8th made my day, so polite and attentive you rarely get customer service like that anymore.
She deserves a raise

Had a great time conversing with the Staff (I believe the owners). They helped us try some new items and made our custom regular order perfectly without any issues or hiccups.

Super friendly and socialable. MODEL store for others to imitate to the best of their abilities.

Will come again just for the Staff interactions alone.

Taco Tuesday is usually very enjoyable except today and that’s my reason for giving four stars . The lovely owners were not there this time and there’s some short white girl on cashier with black hair and big eyelashes with a horribly rude attitude, Lucky for her I can’t leave a one star review under her customer service . And to top it off, she throws your tacos in your bag unrolled so when you take them out of the bag, it falls all over you very unimpressed, considering the owners and their daughter are absolutely amazing .

We were standing in line with one person in front of us. There was a a girl working in the prep areas dealing with what looked like a big bin of salsa. She walked past the counter twice without even an acknowledgement. So finally after waiting for 2-3 minutes I asked the guy in front of me if he had been helped and he said no. So I went up to the counter and said hello, you have people in your line up. She took her time to finish up and helped out the gentleman in front and help us with very little acknowledgement towards us. She really looked like we were wasting her time. Good was good tho, prepared by another employee

Previously visited on “Taco Tuesday”. Cashier was a super personable and bubbly young lady. Food was fresh and delicious. Fast and fresh tasting food. Looking forward to coming back.

Taco Time at Kingsway Mall is hands down the best! The consistency here is amazing—every single time the food is fresh, delicious, and made just right. The quality never slips, and that really makes a difference. What I love most is the customer service—the staff are so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely care about making sure you have a great experience. Even when it’s busy, they’re fast and professional while still making you feel welcome. Huge shoutout to the team here for always going above and beyond—I keep coming back because they never disappoint!

Stopped by for lunch with my son and had a wonderful experience! I don’t tend to expect much from a quick bite in a food court. But the kindness the owner showed was outstanding! His employees all seems very happy and upbeat. It felt like a very calm and positive place to work! Plus the food was tasty as always!

One of the cleanest restaurants in Kingsway mall. The kitchen is always clean, the oil gets changed daily, the pop machine, the Ice machine, and the coolers are always clean. They got the BEST manager and the owners are super nice people. One of the best places I have worked and it's been over 10 years.
