TacoTime Kingsway Mall

Was promptly served, it was fast and hot. The servings were the most I’ve had in any taco time in the greater Edmonton area (including Sherwood, St. Albert and Fort Sask) Very pleased with the service. All the members were polite and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience out of a fast food restaurant. I’ll be going here, and only here from now on.

The owner/cashier is very polite and makes you feel comfortable, even when you're unsure about what to say. I love the Mexi fries and beef taco!

I went to this restaurant and found an Asian girl and a brownskin girl working and I love their service they are always polite and respectful. But the food that I get from them is usually tasteless and not very tasty. So I wouldn’t recommend.

I placed a mobile order today with a 10-minute pick up time.
When I walked up to the counter after 10 minutes and mentioned mobile, the girl looked at the machine, ripped off the paper order and said 3-5 minutes. They hadn't even started my order. I was visibly upset and when I came back to attempt to pick up my order again, she apologized for the wait, and told me she threw in some fries and hot sauce.
I thought that was pretty awesome of her! But the Cruncho still couldn't warrant a 5-star, haha.

Got food poising from the chicken quesadilla an hour after :(

The cashier was friendly, positive and helpful! The burritos are great! The cashier was nostalgic and mentioned they were the old soft super tacos…absolutely brought me back to the many time I enjoyed those in my earlier days! Great service!

Service was what really drew me in. They were kind, attentive, social and when I was having troubles deciding asked if I needed help. Food is great. Would come back again!

Charging a bag is acceptable, it is a city mandate, but charging a container because your cistomer wants a take out instead of dining in is ridiculous!! I do not understand.. seriously???

I bought food here at 1:30PM July 30, and the tall man with the gray hair and beige shirt (who I assume was a supervisor of some sort) was extremely rude to the two other female employees. He was ordering them around, and undermining them to the customers when they were clearly just trying to do their jobs under the pressure of the lunch time rush. Maybe he should have more than two employees behind the counter if he wants them the service to be faster. Otherwise, the two female employees were super friendly, and obviously working hard. They made the experience so much better even under the tense atmosphere that the man was creating.

The lure of Taco Time nostalgia from a time long past often tricks me. I found this happening to me at lunch today. Usually my Taco Time meal leaves me a feeling duped and full of regret. I was pleasantly surprised today. So much I’m reviewing a meal at a food court. This is hands down the best Taco Time I’ve had. Staff was really nice, food was fresh. It’s about all a person could want from a food court meal.

While stopping by for lunch i was impressed considering some of the previous reviews. There is a new manager at this location (tall gentlemen) who has excellent customer service, and when he is in the store all the food tastes amazing! If this food quality and service remains consistent I will continue to drop by!

Kid-friendliness: While I do not have kids, the staff at this location seem to take extra time to spend with the kids to make them feel safe and let them have fun.
