We ordered 2 full meals from taco time via door dash from this location,
Once our food arrived my fiance brought it inside opened the bag to find that more than 80% of our meal was missing.
No dips that were ordered arrived and both our sides were missing aswell, all we got was our crunch wraps, curro and drinks.
I spent over $60 on this order not including the tip for the door dash driver (whom still recieved his tip because this was not his fault)

But we are very disappointed in this establishment, not only did they not fulfill our order to what was ordered, but when I went online to call them to make a complaint, they’re store location claims they are now closed.

I will be calling in the morning to make a complain with the manager because this is rediculous, to take my full $60+ yet not deliver what I had bought.

I highly recommend against ordering online from this location, either choose another or find a different place to eat from.

Plus food was mediocre, it was heavily overloaded with sauces could barley taste anything else in it, the sour cream tasted off and the curro that arrived with no caramel sauce was super dry and overcooked.

The service there is just so unfriendly (Northgate mall) . Two times i have ordered and I have said hello and the older gentleman with the colored beard doesn't even say hello back. I won't be going to this location anymore. I'm not looking for chitchat but just say hello before you take my order.

Came here to grab a quick lunch, I'm the only one in line, I paid for my order and guy somehow literally forgot to make my food, I had to go up and remind him 40 minutes later, thanks for wasting my lunch time

Was looking forward to tacos just to get them and they are soaked to the point they can not be eaten they are soggy and gross falling apart. I will not order from this location again 13 tacos wasted thanks for that

Ordered two chicken tacos and some Mexi Fry's ECT
Came back with burnt mexi Fry's and beef tacos that were so soggy they. Added a second wrap so I can't even tell me they didn't realize how bad these tacos were and they weren't chicken

There is a beef allergy in the house so unfortunately they went in to the trash

Not impressed at all will never go back

I was so looking forward to having a taco salad until it arrived it was very bland and very soggy I heard such great things about the taco salad but I am very disappointed

Consistent to what I expected Friendly staff great food Just remember the Crisp Meat Burrito takes few minutes to make and I’m fine with that Sweet dessert to finish it off

Food is delicious, lovethe hotsauce on the burritos, wish the size was bigger, mall atmosphere kind of sucks, but the guy serving is nice and considerate
