Just wanted to recognize the Meadow Lake, SK location. Overall great food but there is one guy in particular that makes the BEST drinks in the Cafe Depot. He is THE best barista ☕️🫶

Called them because my drink was not in my order when delivered to me. The very rude lady blamed it on the driver and then hung up on me. I’m sorry, but it’s the restaurants job to make sure the delivery order is ready. The lady that blamed the delivery driver but she needs to learn how to do her job.

It was very messy behind the counter. Yikes. Should be kept cleaner. I ordered a beef taco salad and mexi-fries. They were fine but definitely could’ve been more fresh. They added Italian dressing to the salad for a take away order instead of letting me put it on myself. Mushy tomatoes. Wouldn’t order here again.

They do not listen at this location whatsoever the worker talks over you. Repeated back what I said. But he confused the term crisp chicken wrap with. Chicken burrito. I continued to correct him. They did not offer a refund. And continued to make the burrito despite me saying it was wrong. They were arguing with me on the ingredients which their menu board clearly posted. Just lettuce. Tomatoes and choose a sauce. Poor customer service. Avoid this location. Asked for my receipt. They could not provide. Only the debit copy which does not give you a breakdown

The owner after I had sat down and started eating. Came out to the food court to try when talk to me to hear his side because his employee told him I was upset. I told him numerous times I was not interested and my review will be staying up. Retain your customer at the window. Don’t find them in the Foodcourt to justify your scrubs

Guy at reception who must be the owner of the shop refused to give more than one hot sauce- Said if you want more I will need to charge you.
Wasn’t wearing beard net while making food either.

Store at the counter for 20 minutes then had to yell asking if this place was open or not for someone to come serve me. Then it took another 10 minutes to get 1 item.

Approached the counter which gave off super sketchy vibes. Menu lists a chicken ranch burrito with your choice of crispy or marinated chicken. Choose crispy. Dude with the uncovered beard asks if we want the chicken ranch or the crispy chicken. Pointed out on the sign that it says your choice. He put down ranch chicken on the screen. Then say we would like to make it a combo. Explain yes. Then he tries to charge me for a combo AND an extra 1.20 for a bottle drink which we didn't ask for. When I pointed this out he corrected it but no other words. Dude was super apathetic towards just being caught trying to rip me off.

Whatever, get to the table and my child starts eating only to find out he didn't even make the chicken crispy. 🙄 Not sure this guy should be handling food. Half expected my kid to bite into a mouse or something. Just save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Taco time was a disappointment. The food was subpar and the overall experience was terrible

We ordered 2 full meals from taco time via door dash from this location,
Once our food arrived my fiance brought it inside opened the bag to find that more than 80% of our meal was missing.
No dips that were ordered arrived and both our sides were missing aswell, all we got was our crunch wraps, curro and drinks.
I spent over $60 on this order not including the tip for the door dash driver (whom still recieved his tip because this was not his fault)

But we are very disappointed in this establishment, not only did they not fulfill our order to what was ordered, but when I went online to call them to make a complaint, they’re store location claims they are now closed.

I will be calling in the morning to make a complain with the manager because this is rediculous, to take my full $60+ yet not deliver what I had bought.

I highly recommend against ordering online from this location, either choose another or find a different place to eat from.

Plus food was mediocre, it was heavily overloaded with sauces could barley taste anything else in it, the sour cream tasted off and the curro that arrived with no caramel sauce was super dry and overcooked.

The service there is just so unfriendly (Northgate mall) . Two times i have ordered and I have said hello and the older gentleman with the colored beard doesn't even say hello back. I won't be going to this location anymore. I'm not looking for chitchat but just say hello before you take my order.

Came here to grab a quick lunch, I'm the only one in line, I paid for my order and guy somehow literally forgot to make my food, I had to go up and remind him 40 minutes later, thanks for wasting my lunch time
