That was the most disgusting taco I ever had from taco time, not sure what that paste was that was trying pass off as meat .but it was not edible thats for sure ,after reading the reviews I'm not the only one that's encountered this .I notice the owners read these comments ,no I would not like to get back to you ,how about fix the quality of your food, problem solved!!

I am very sorry to do this review but the food I had is so bad and so old that my stomach went crazy literally 1 hours after.
The beans taste so bad, and the Churros was like a rock, It's not even eatable I throw everything in the garbage.

I will never order from this franchise again, also they are so far from Mexican food.

Wish I could give a negative rating. The guy with moustache at the front is very rude. I had the feeling like I was not a customer rather a begger. He doesnt understand the order and looks very unwilling to hear rather talks in very rude way that it was our fault. Very rude. The lady was nice the last time we ordered. But the guy is absolutely awful. If he is at the counter, I will not go to order in future. Food is good, but I am giving 1 star because of this guy who ruined our day.

Had the kids quesidilla. Tatertots were barely warm. Didn't realize the kids quesidilla was just cheese, thought it would have onion and tomato. But great service, and next time I'll order something different.

Um. I’m just wondering should I be concerned about this taco meat. It doesn’t really look or taste like meat, it’s like a paste and very goopy. Last time I had taco time 7 years ago, it did not look like this. Owner, does this look correct? Very worrisome.

The best Taco time!

Re-used gloves- don’t wash hands or put on fresh gloves. Servers were ok- appeared to. It enjoy their job - lady pulled a used glove from inside cubby hole and used it. Won’t be coming back

Tried the new crunchy burrito bowl with black bean and corn. Really nice and flavourful. Definitely recommend trying it.

This was my first time going here and it was not good, I asked the lady for a burrito bowl and she was like, “Not a taco salad?” ARE U CALLING ME FAT?! Maybe I should’ve bought the salad because the damn burrito bowl was horrid. First it was served on a foam plate, not only that there weren’t any real beans, IT WAS SMUSHED UP INTO A PASTE. The chicken had no flavour, the rice was clumped up together, the only thing that was good was the sour cream and lettuce.

The lady preparing the food was so fast and so humble felt so good as she did her best from preparing the food to giving best customer service while the cashier boy who was taking the orders was not welcoming at all and wasn’t providing brief info about the meals and so. Felt a little bad but rest all was good.

The chicken taco salad is so bad. So dry, no taste, even the veggies don’t taste good. Couldn’t eat and threw the food. Had to get a subway instead. Hope they change the menu and ingredients.

The manager at this place is so utterly rude to her employees. She’s a fare-toned woman, and has no respect for anyone around her. She physically ripped the employees glove off i’m front of me. Which is honestly surprising because the employee was doing so good with her service, and the manger would still snap at her. Didn’t even feel like eating after I received my food because of the managers unethical skills. This happened on September 4th, 2024 at 2:50pm.

Did not get chuuros, the crunch wrap not crunchy tator tots oily and soggy, we ordered a $100+ dollars and this guy said “I didn't even want to make this order” and “I didn't think you'd show up” like bruh (¬_¬)  AND THE FACT WE ORDERED LIKE TWO TO THREE HOURS AHEAD!!!

The woman working tonight was very rude. Raising her voice because we weren't answering her fast enough. Didn't get the order right and was absolutely unpleasant to deal with. We won't be back.
