Worst place to eat EVER !! DO NOT waste your time or energy eating here at this place. They just microwaved a pre-made beef and cheese wrap in front of me and then proceeded to serve me this limp wrap :( this wrap just disintegrated mid-meal.

I wouldn't ever eat at this Taco Time again! The Mexi fries were well done, almost burnt. Had to return them and wait 3 minutes new ones. The Pepsi was flat and had barely any ice so it was warm. Very bad customer service for a franchise! Choose anything in the food court besides this place.

Not edible. "Cheese sauce" was gray. The soft taco shells stuck to the wrapper so badly I could not eat the tacos. Everything went straight in the trash bin.

Don't go here! In addition to 2 wrong orders and the employee being surly about it, my son got FOOD POISONING after eating 2 tacos at Taco Time in West Edmonton Mall. Don't risk it. I will never eat at Taco Time again.

i ordered today taco salad the girl serving me was so rude and she gave me old salad it wasn’t fresh even i can’t eat because it was soo cold when i request her that your salad is so cold look like you gave me old one instead of understand me she just making a face and i didnt eat second bite .soo waste of $12
An average place i would say because we tried their crunchy bowl. It tasted okay but felt like 70% of the space was filled with lettuce so could have been better toppings for sure. Decently priced. Also tried the corn and bean quesadillas, it was decent too.

I love Taco Time but this location is horrible. They were too busy talking, I had to yell out “hello” 2-3 times before they finally noticed me. Waited forever only to get the wrong order.

They literally put the soft tacos in a microwave before handing it over to me. For 5 bucks :( I could’ve gotten ready made tacos from shoppers for less if I wanted microwaved tacos. I was utterly upset.
