I was excited to see that they’re serving takoyaki here, but unfortunately, it didn’t satisfy my cravings. Not wanting to waste my money, I ate the overly salty takoyaki and the beef yaki udon noodles, which took almost 15 minutes to be served.

It's in WEM so it can be busy and noisy but can also be on the quieter side too, depends when you go. So yummy! I went twice during a 5 day visit to Edmonton. Had both takoyaki and a rice bowl.

The food is good.. but Sorry to say this but everytime we order here in your resto, your two ladies are always in a hurry and sitll 7.50pm they said there are no more rice available, why is that? You are in a big mall and should cook enough or extra rice for the customers. Its frustrating because we need to find rice in a different resto.. and you know what the Tokiyaki is still raw inside. I open it all and the lady told me, it was toasted already, yes toasted outside but pls check inside, how many times i told her, she keep insisting me that it is toasted. Also i want to pay cash and she said she has no more change for $100, wow… you should have change ready in your till. I know your busy buy pls listen to customers . The squid is no longer crispy…

Looking back at previous reviews, it seems the slow service is a recurring problem. The food is good but for how long it takes, it drives customers away. Hoping there’s a way to rectify this.
