A relatively good store near Ada.
Parking is convenient and there is a dedicated parking lot.
The braised beef noodles are great, the beef is very fragrant and the noodles are delicious.
The mutton skewers were slightly burnt.
The service was very good.

Tang Bistro used to be my preferred place to get hand pulled noodles, but the significant decrease in quality has been incredibly off-putting. Attached are 2 photos of the same dish, hand pulled noodles with egg & tomato and meat sauce, but the black container is from a year ago and the white container is most recently. Not only is the difference noticeable visually, the recent noodles have been very inconsistent in texture, causing thick lumps of undercooked dough. I initially gave Tang Bistro the benefit of the doubt, thinking that the poor experience was only a one-off incident, but my last 3+ orders have been consistently disappointing. If you enjoy Northern Chinese noodles, then Noodle Feast is a much better place to visit in Edmonton.

Noodles are delicious. The amount is so large that I can't finish it at all.

The lamb skewers were very tender, and the chive dumplings were delicious. I also ordered cold noodles, and the portion was larger than expected, so I left feeling full and satisfied! I definitely want to come back again.

First time visit. We had spring rolls and a green onion cake. Both were good. My friend had braised beef with rice and she enjoyed it. I had braised beef noodle dry with hand pulled noodles. The braised beef was excellent, and the portion of the hand pulled noodles was one I couldn't finish. I'd never had that type of noodle before, and I was pleasantly surprised. We would go back. Staff were helpful in explaining menu choices.
