What’s wrong with this place? Simple orders take forever, it’s ice cold, and food is below average. It should really close.

Lemon chicken wasn’t cooked, batter was still wet and very pale. Same with spring rolls. Food doesn’t have much flavour, very bland. Wouldn’t recommend.

When I went to pick up my food, there was nobody at the front. After a while I decided to ring the bell and a man came to the front holding my food and still chatting on the phone. He never even bothered to find out who I was or if I was picking up the right food.
Poor service doesn't bother me though as long as the food is amazing. Unfortunately, it wasn't. It had no flavor. I'm not entirely sure if it was even chicken. And to add insult to injury, my guts felt horrible the next day.
Never ordering from this place again.

Ordered large wonton soup got a container full of wonton no liquid so you could have as soup. Called to complain and they didn't understand so he hung up on us. I called back spoke to a lady who finally got it and said she would send another soup and sent a pale yellow liquid for it. The free dry ribs were so hard they went in the garbage. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN

Was craving noodles tonight so decided to order delivery. As you’ll see in my screen shots, I selected Pan Fried Beef Chow Fun which is flat noodles. Someone clearly read too quickly and marked down Pan Fried MIX VEG which is NOT what I ordered… Seriously people. You had one job!!!

Popped in here with the kiddo for a to go order after a round of 18 holes.
Diverse menu with lots of combo options.
Oddly when you order at the counter you aren’t eligible for the 10% off cash pickup offer. So we changed it up to stay in to at least enjoy a couple bites fresh.
We did the dinner for 2 which came with fried rice, veggie spring rolls, won ton soup and 2 choices - we picked dry spicy chicken and broccoli beef.
We also ordered 2 teas - a blueberry lime and passion fruit.
The food was fresh, tasty, and not the least bit greasy.
The won ton soup was pretty bland - a very basic broth with 3 won tons. The veggie spring rolls were a nice bonus though I’d much rather order meat spring rolls.
We loved the beef and broccoli as well as the fry spicy chicken - the heat was authentic from the chopped up chilis and totally grew. The fried rice had a nice variety of veg and a decent amount of chicken. We both LOVED our teas - not too sweet!
I give this place 2 Thumbs Up - especially because it’s open late until midnight! Though be smarter than me and phone in your order to get the 10% discount rather than ordering at the counter. However it was nice to change our order up to eat in and the takeaway containers were good quality.
We will most definitely be back!

If you are a delivery driver.. this place is nightmare. Whenever you go there for pickup, you will not get order without waiting for alteast 10 minutes. Poor communication. Be careful
