Who would wanna go here? My hunger has been suffering and I've sat there waiting for my hotsilog to come for almost two hours. They focus on other customers but not me? Wow, it's full of shame. Food was excellent of course, service is the area that needs improvement. Whatever you do, don't go here. Who knows? You could be waiting for one meal more than 2 hours.

The first time We ordered Crispy Pata was really good, we received it a whole portion, that is why we ordered again the next day through uber eats, we are expecting to receive it whole again since we did not request it to be chopped. The tenderness and juiciness of the meat is not there anymore, it became dry and tasteless already. I called their store and they said that we should request it NOT to be chopped, this was the first time that we received a crispy pata that is already chopped.. ?

The food was delicious as always, i have no problem going again, the only problem was and hospitality of the worker, big lady who was suppost to take our order just stod there after 10mins, she di not even greet the customers that walk in the restaurant, which was every disappointing to see in a Filipino restaurant, because they are very hospitable people, the chief saw us waiting and to Initiative, he had to take our orders because the lady was being rudely unhospitable,furthermore when she served our food she just threw them on our table like it was a piece of garbage, she had a very bad attitude, which is nakakawalang gana kumain sa restaurant nila, other than that we enjoyed our food, and have no problem eating there again, but maybe next time we'll just order there food on skip or uber eats.

I love love Tapsilog Filipino Cuisine, Their Kare-Kare and Desserts are 10/10. But i’d like to leave a friendly review about their Beef Mami. on uber eats it has the highest rating but It’s very salty and it’s doesn’t really taste like the traditional mami i’m used to. mami should taste like savoury beefy taste with no fishballs, so when you add fishballs, the fish and beef flavour doesn’t blend well together and creats an oddly taste. Also, If it’s an order delivery, I’d recommend to separate the noodles from the broth in different containers so that the noodles don’t become soggy by the time customers gets their order. other than that, i would still recommend this restaurant because the food is still amazing.

In food/restaurant industry- kitchen and bathroom must be clean all the time. dining area they don't clean after the guests ate and leave the restaurant. I noticed that every time I visited them.

Please save your time and look for a better Filipino Restaurant.Terrible customer service, food was 2 out of 5, uninviting atmosphere, rude staffs and unsanitary restaurant.I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant but something feels off whenever I go here. Waiting time for the food takes forever plus they will talk back to you if you ask for any updates regarding your order. This is the worst filipino restaurant I’ve ever been to!!If you’re looking for filipino dishes with silogs, definitely recommend Filistix. Excellent customer service and great food.
