Me and my family ordered food from this restaurant many times before and it has always been good. However, this time the experience didn’t go as expected. After informing them about my concern, they immediately sent me a replacement meal free of charge and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled the situation really stood out. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and will continue to order from here.

One of the best buffets after a red eye flight to Edmonton! Mr. Sunil was extremely caring to all our needs and kids were very happy with the taste of the food. We all loved and thoroughly enjoyed the place so much!! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered rava massala dosa. The food was not good , the sambar was cold and thick. The dosa was not tasty and not presentable at all. Although the staff was nice. But the wait time was 35 mins. 👎

This is the only Kerala restaurant in Edmonton that I used to visit frequently. In the past, we have also relished their buffet. However, during my most recent visit, I noticed that the taste of their food, the quality of service, and the portion sizes are not what they once were. When I spoke to a few friends, they shared the same opinion. I am changing my rating to 3 stars from 5 stars in hopes that the management will take notice and address these concerns.

We ordered the Theen Mura from Taste Blends restaurant for this Christmas and was blown away by the experience! The takeout was ready on time, with no delays whatsoever. The packaging was impressive & everything was well-arranged and secure. The Theen Mura was absolutely delicious! The quality was top-notch, with the perfect balance of authentic taste. Also, the quantity was more than enough to satisfy our cravings! Overall, we are fully satisfied with the experience. The restaurant truly delivered on their promise of quality food and excellent service. In 31 years of enjoying Indian food, I’ve never been given a mayonnaise-based tartar sauce with vegetable pakora. It’s not even served with fish pakora.
When I first glanced in the takeout bag, I thought it was a yogurt dip. Tartar sauce is made of mayonnaise and relish, served at places that sell fish & chips, and on the “Filet of Fish” burger at McDonalds. It was a shock, and the pakora wasn’t that great either. Edible, but not that good.
The butter chicken and mutter paneer were alright, but to get a mayonnaise tartar dip with pakora, especially for the prices they charge, is absurd and actually a bit insulting.
I guess that’s what I get for asking for “extra dip” I should have said extra “chutney.” Perhaps they thought I’m a white person who doesn’t know anything. Might as well give me whatever they have sitting around in the fridge. It surprises me that they even keep this in their restaurant. At least they were very friendly about giving me the tartar sauce.
