Love the selection of authentic food, My favourite is the vegan platter! The bread is amazing and the service exceptional. It is my favourite place to eat at bountiful Farmers Market. If You haven’t eaten Ethiopian cuisine before highly recommend giving them a try!

It's been a long time since I had Ethiopian food and this just hit the spot! My husband and I shared the lunch sample platter and beef samosa. The shell of the samosa was thin and crispy, just how I like it. The variety of flavours and spices included on the platter were delightful. The bread was also the perfect vessel to mix and match the different items.

The owner is so wonderful and the food is amazing. We get it fresh whenever we go to the market and get spicy vegan samosas for the freezer. 10/10 recommend. Lots of vegetarian/vegan options and has great GF food for my celiac bestie.

Since I've started going to the Bountiful Farmers Market on the weekends I spotted the Taste of Ethiopia and her smiling face drew me in. I tried a few different foods which keeps me coming back. Her foods are full of fa oracle spices which leaves me wanting more. Today I picked up the back to school 2 for $20 Samosas. One Vegan and one spicy beef. Lunch time yum.

? Oh ma gosh ! Mami is so stingy with her servings.

?? ? ( We got help from a few gentle men ??, to place stuff around the house. Then later went to get them lunch... )

?I didn't understand that traditionally this food is eaten in a certain manner.

?As in, many hands will eat from the same plate at the same time .?️

So when we got there, I ordered three separate plates for three separate people.
Which she did serve however the potions were so tiny .???

She insisted we add injera bread . And she was right ?? the men liked it . ??

? It was interesting to see some of the guys share from the same plate ✨( it made me wonder ? If that was the reason she suggested we make one big serving from one plate) . ✨✨

I took home a pack of spicy vegan samosas. I’m not vegan or necessarily a fan of spice, but I had a sample and these were soooooo good.

Snow came late at home and after a nice warm bath and one of these samosas I was warm inside and out from all the warm spices.

Thank you so much for the sample, and the package you sold me. I will for sure be swinging by your stand at the Bountiful Farmer’s Market next time I am in town ☺️

Vegetarian options: The vegan samosas are a delight!

Recently had some of the vegan spicy samosas, and honest we could have eaten another box there and then. Some of the most delicious food we’ve had this year - we’ll be back to try everything!

I am new to Ethiopian food, but the owner here made it so easy! I tried the meat combination with beef. I wasnt sure which side of vegetables i wanted and she gave me a generous portion of each side! So I ended up having the beef, red lentils, carrots and cabage, gomez and yellow peas and ethiopian flat bread. All of it was really tasty and the owner again was so kind and generous to me.

The service and food were fanatic. The wonderful staff were so helpful with not only picking out our lunch and take away dinners, but also with great recommendations for the rest of our shopping experience at the market.

Vegetarian options: Loads of options and vegan options.

Kid-friendliness: This place is in the market that has a little indoor playground for kids at the food market. Super easy to have kids there. Or you can opt for take away so you can head to an outdoor park.

Parking: The indoor market is surrounded by lots of easy, free parking.
