What a disappointment. The service was horrible, we waited 30 minutes for drinks, another hour and food was still not started so we left. Others in the restaurant were opening complaining about food/service. Cook came out a couple times and was unhelpful and they did not seem to care that customers were upset.

Customers before us left because it took over an hr to get food. One lady complained her omelets tasted like grit. 3 tables left food on there plate and said it had no flavour. Waitress never brought cutlery out. My husband's burger was a frozen patty but previously it was homemade. All in all probably won't come back. Would love to talk with owner!

Almost an hour long wait was far too long for the quality of food put out. Undercooked runny eggs, dry potatoes, and overall bland plate of food. At least the bacon was decent, but it is hard to mess up bacon.Disappointing quality of service, and disappointing food. Maybe there was a change of staffing? Would not believe the rave reviews of this place, and would not recommend.

Server and cook were swamped as it seemed way too busy for just the two of them, so service was slow but that was not their fault. Place was grimy which for a greasy spoon situation I'm okay with, but then food better be amazing and it was not. Thought the toilet was gonna drop through the floor with how sloped the bathroom floor was. My eggs, undercooked potatoes, and french toast were tastless and cold when I got them. Snatched a bottle of their house made ketchup from a different table and that was decent. Would not recommend and will not eat here again.

Don't believe the 4+ star reviews like I did... This place blows. Waited far too long for the food, which would normally be fine if the food was actually good. When it finally arrived, the schnitzel had barely any meat, and tasted very similar to a freezer isle schnitzel. The potatoes? Bland and dried out. And the toast had a thin little skiff of butter on top with no jam caddy in sight to help pallet it. Normally I don't leave reviews for places, but I felt it wasn't worthy of the ratings I've seen here.

I have been coming here for years as I live down the road, great food for the price. I love it here! ❤️Although….please hire one more server on for the weekends… it gets busy and the lack of service kicks in. I love the girl that works here but the wait is very long for everything because it’s only her…

Can't tell you what the food was like because we walked out. We went in for breakfast. They're were empty tables and without even saying hello, the lady at the front rudely said, listen we haven't even taken orders for some people so you're going to be waiting a long time for even an order. I understand that a place can be busy but there's way better ways to approach customers. I was so taken aback that I wasn't even sure she was talking to us because who does that? Say hello, we are very busy today so you're welcome to a table but it may be a while.

The home made ketchup is amazing. Had great Sunday brunch, the eggs Benny and a Monte Cristo. Service and coffee are wonderful as well. Parking is on the side of the building.Parking: Parking is in the side of the building.

The service was pretty good. The lady who seated us and took our orders was sweet. I got the eggs benny and it was awful.. the hollandaise sauce had no flavour.. the potatoes were undercooked. It was all very gross.. my sister and I walked out. Do not recommend.

Real people serving real food. Conscientious, attentive service and nice quiet atmosphere with a street view of Whyte Ave and 100 st. Good prices and great quality. ?
