Went back a few times, adding new photos, this place still offers awesome food and drink.
Came again and tried the traditional HK waffles with peanut butter and condensed milk with sugar 🤤 Omg it's so good and really reminds me of HK street food. Must try! This is my new favorite

A very atmospheric place for a group. I recommend coming with a group of 4-6 people and spending some time there. The food was delicious, but the menu does not specify what exactly is included in the dishes, so ask for additional information. It is a small business with a family atmosphere. The tea was especially delicious.

Went here for many years, quality and drinks still remain really good. The quality and taste remain consistent, which is great because it shows care for quality. Prices are amazing too! Ordered 2 drinks and 2 specialty bubble waffles today in person for a price that I would definitely not get anywhere else. Great business to support overall!

Visited Tea Bar Cafe as part of CTC's Sweet Side of Chinatown tour. We sampled both their milk tea with pearls and their bubble waffle. Both were really delicious. The milk tea in particular had a really nice and complex flavour.
The cafe itself was super cute. I loved the decorations and tiles. I heard they do kareoke here sometimes and I will difenitely be coming back sometime so I can experience that.

Loved the different types of bubble teas. I went to this location specifically because of the reviews and thought I would check it out. My son got the Oreo bubble tea and I got the Mango one. I would consider going back if I am in the area. Sorry do not have any pics, drank it up quickly.

This place is a hidden gem! We always stop by for the French toast and Hong Kong milk tea. They have a great selection if you’re craving something sweet, but they also offer more filling options if you’re really hungry. The service is fast and friendly, and it’s usually not too busy.

My favourite cozy, late night cafe. I can always count on them to be open, and I know I’ll have a great experience. The food is fresh and the bubble tea is fantastic — the only place I know of that sells white rabbit candy bubble tea, and it’s my go-to every single time.
There’s a large selection of both food and drinks, so there’s something for everyone! It’s always nice seeing the owner’s friendly face, as well.
