A very atmospheric place for a group. I recommend coming with a group of 4-6 people and spending some time there. The food was delicious, but the menu does not specify what exactly is included in the dishes, so ask for additional information. It is a small business with a family atmosphere. The tea was especially delicious.
Went here for many years, quality and drinks still remain really good. The quality and taste remain consistent, which is great because it shows care for quality. Prices are amazing too! Ordered 2 drinks and 2 specialty bubble waffles today in person for a price that I would definitely not get anywhere else. Great business to support overall!

Good slush bubble milk tea
Went back a few times, adding new photos, this place still offers awesome food and drink.
Came again and tried the traditional HK waffles with peanut butter and condensed milk with sugar 🤤
Omg it's so good and really reminds me of HK street food. Must try! This is my new favorite
