Placed my order and told her twice no lettuce, totally ignored me - still got lettuce. Strangely enough she asked if I wanted chopsticks and I said yes but I never got those lol

I decided to try something simpler and chose a Japanese restaurant. The establishment was clean and not too crowded. A woman at the counter greeted us and instructed us to take the menus from the counter and place our orders there. The prices were reasonable, and the menu offered a great selection. Our order was prepared fresh and tasted delicious. The food and drinks were brought to our table promptly. Overall, the restaurant is well-maintained and managed, but it isn’t luxurious or fancy. I recommend this place for those looking for a straightforward meal without any unnecessary frills.

Good customer service, good food but SUPER slow. I placed an order on the phone and was told 20 mins. That would have me arrive at 6:10pm. That’s the time I arrived. Nothing had been started. So had to wait almost an additional 20 mins for them to complete my order. 2 other tables in the restaurant and 1 person waiting for a pickup not busy enough to warrant waiting twice as long as the quoted time.

I did take out and spent almost $100 and they were missing several order items , in addition the food was cold and the sushi was warm. I paid extra for the maki roll upgrade and it was soooooo much rice and barely any salmon. The bubble tea was good tho. So just hella disappointing. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but seriously gross.

Some options may sound like it's part of an order but you'll get dinged extra $$. Watch your receipt. Place is roomy for dine-in. Clean. Their menu selection is massive. A lot of items to order. Going back for more.

Grabbed the chicken rice bowl and it was amazing honestly have no complaints!
Never got service so I can't actually say if the food was a one star or not. I can say that the service is absolute garbage. We walked in. The person behind the counter ignored us for several minutes. Sure she was on the phone, but some kind of an acknowledgement would have been nice. We finally grabbed a couple menus and sat at the table. Assuming she would come over after the phone call. Nope! She then started blending something then doing something else. Approx. 10 minutes went by with no acknowledgement of our existence. So we left. And so glad we did because right next door is Mini Mango. A place with amazing food and great service.
