Had a craving for Japanese food and hadn't been here in a while. Found out when I got to the door it's closed for maintenance.
Swing Seats & Sushi! Fantastic menu filled with delicious choices. Absolutely love the Spicy Tuna! Don't forget the Japanese green tea. Also great service by the lovely couple that owns the location!
Kid-friendliness: The Swing Seats are awesome! Rory had a great time!
we had an excellent experience and the lady serving us was so pleasant and friendly
These reviews are so harsh, the food was fine. It’s not amazing but it’s decent. Their boba is really good. Some improvement may be on the spring rolls, there’s barely any meat inside. And the rice bowls need more sauce. Other than that, it’s a decent place
I haven’t tried much of the menu items , but I stopped by for the $5.99 miso soup and 5 spring roll deal. The spring rolls were cooked in fresh oil, miso soup was great! The service and staff are very kind.
Disgusting bento box I have ever had. Not worth the price rather go to Edo instead.
I was excited to find a place that served ramen close to me. However, every aspect of my experience was very bad. I had the tonkatsu ramen with chashu and the broth was so bad i almost couldnt eat it. The meat was tough and had bbq sauce on it for some reason? Tipped 20% up front and dined in, and didnt even get offered a glass of water the whole time. Service is non existent. Even when i tried ordering the ramen the lady didnt seem to know what i was talking about. Terrible experience. Go anywhere else if you are looking for ramen.
Incredibly disappointing, beef was tough and stringy, literally comically small amount of smoked salmon in the Canadian roll like what a joke, overall just kinda greasy and low quality, especially at the price point
Will never order from here again.Ordered a salmon poke bowl. It's basically 90% rice and lettuce, 9% other veggies, and 1% salmon.
Ordered for pickup and I waited in a chair for 25 minutes. No one came out to keep me updated and most of the staff stayed in the back yelling at the top of their lungs. I will never go back.

Ordered through skip the dishes. Bubble tea was super good but the agedashi tofu had stringy bits in it, almost like thick fibrous hairs. The rice on the sushi was almost wet and very mushy. Tasted like it was sitting out all day. Skip blocked my account for rating this order a thumbs down so I could not request a refund and could not eat my food. I’ve ordered here before and it was good. What was in that tofu batter?
$23.52 For Canned Salmon Dragon roll and Rice smothered in unagi + spicy sauce. Prepped Sashimi is kept in plastic tupper ware.
Usually love the new castle location . We ordered 72 dollars of salmon sashimi, and 90% was frozen in the middle. I wish they would of said we don’t have any left for tonight instead of sending me home with this. Very disappointing.
Overpriced. Staff could be friendlier. One asks for extra container of Teriyaki and they charge for it when it costs pennies and should automatically come with the meal as the first container is not adequate. I don't recommend this establishment.
So disappointed. If I could rate zero stars, I would. Ordered dinner and bubble tea from this restaurant on the evening of December 12. The total came to $56.10 (including tip). The food was cold and tasted horrible. My family and I were not able to eat the food and bubble tea we ordered. We ended up having to throw the entire meal in the garbage because we were cornered about the status of the food (health wise - concerned about food poisoning). We called the restaurant informing them about our concerns and requested a refund because we weren’t able to eat the meal. The staff member (stated her name was Wendy) was very unprofessional. We had to explain numerous times that the entire meal was inedible. She kept asking if it was the meat or the “veggies” and I continued to try to explain that it was all of the food. She told me she spoke with the manager and told me they would not provide a refund. I requested to speak with the manager and Wendy informed me that the manager was not at the store and I could not speak with them. I asked how she spoke to her manager and was told she was not able to provide a refund. She responded saying that she spoke to her manager on the phone, even though she was clearly speaking with someone in the store. I asked the staff member what her name was. She refused to give it to me at first and kept laughing at me. She then asked for my phone number because the manager MAY call me back. I asked her for her to provide her name first, she spoke to whomever was in the store with her, and then provided the name Wendy. I provided my phone number and requested a call back and informed that I would contact the BBB and leave a review on Google. Wendy laughed and hung up.
